Pickleball and Basketball Court and Playground: Entertain the big and little kids!
Clubhouse: Play a game of pool or ping pong, relax in front of the giant fireplace, or watch the game on the big screen.
Covered Parking: Enjoy the convenience of 2 reserved parking spots in the covered, heated garage, with additional outdoor parking available for guests.
High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary high-speed internet throughout the condo.
Pets are welcome with an additional fee or $25 per night. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 2) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay. Please crate your pet if you must leave them alone to avoid damages to the house. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside at the property.

Boasting the debut of 3 NEW lifts, 90+ NEW runs, 500 NEW parking spots and 300 NEW acres of skiable terrain at the resortâs East Village expansion (just a short four minute drive from the condo to the entrance of the Jordanelle Gondola!).
The NEW lifts include Keetley Express, a high-speed six-person bubble lift; Hoodoo Express, a high-speed quad; and Aurora, a quad chair.
Jordanelle Reservoir: Enjoy ice fishing in the winter at the nearby Jordanelle Reservoir and boating, fishing, and watersports in the summer .
Historic Main Street: Explore Park City's charming historic district, filled with unique shops, art galleries, bars, and gourmet restaurants.

Guests have full access to the entire condo and all the amenities within the complex including the swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, pickleball and basketball court, playground, and clubhouse. Note: The hot tub is open year round while the swimming pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The condo is on the second level so guests must use stairs to access the property.
There is a condo above, so guests may hear movement now and again.
The trash bins are located outside throughout the complex.
There are 2 parking spaces allocated to the condo in a heated, covered garage. There is additional outdoor parking throughout the complex. Please note that this is a shared garage. The garage has 2 assigned parking spots and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. If you need additional parking (or have a larger vehicle), there are outdoor parking areas throughout the complex. Trailers, boats, and RV's are not allowed in the complex. Please message me so we can arrange parking at Jordanelle or elsewhere.
