Renes Condo ligger bara 100 meter från Park City Mountain Resort. Det är tillräckligt nära för att gå hem till lunch eller ta en varm kopp koko efter en morgon på skidåkning. Promenad till dagligvaror och Main Street är enkel och är verkligen en anmärkningsvärd plats för allt. Denna lägenhet är rymlig inredning med över 800 kvadratmeter och är snyggt inredd i bergsmotiv med skiffergolvplattor och storbilds-TV. Det har en stor familj matplats vid det runda bordet där du kan äta och underhålla. Rene's Empire House-lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, eldstad, HD-kabel-TV, gratis Wi-Fi och privat balkong från sovrummet. Denna enhet sover 4 och är perfekt för en liten familj. Njut av King Size-sängen i sovrummet och en bäddsoffa i queen-size med en skummadrass i vardagsrummet. Kvalitetslinne och handdukar ingår. Gratis underjordisk parkering finns.

Vårt stora rymliga sovrum har en mycket bekväm säng och stort badrum med granitbänk och en
enorm kombination av badkar / dusch med ångmistningssystem som är perfekt för de ömma musklerna efter en lång dag i sluttningarna. Badkaret / duschen separeras från fåfängaområdet för att ge mer avskildhet för varje gäst. Utanför fåfängaområdet är en enorm klädkammare för att hålla alla de klumpiga skidkläderna och jackorna. Komfortartiklar som extra sängkläder och kuddar lagras här såväl som strykjärn, strykbräda, dammsugare etc. Hela enheten har strålande golvvärme, så att gå bar fot genom badrummet är inte ett problem. Golven är trevliga och varma.

Välkommen till vintern på Utahs Park City, "The Greatest Snow on Earth" med skidåkning i världsklass på Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyonons Resort och Deer Valley. Park City, känd för sin internationella kända Sundance Film Festival, är verkligen en unik by. En av de få platserna i USA där du kan gå utanför ett flygplan, hoppa på en shuttle och vara till din destination på mindre än 45 minuter. En gång i byn finns det verkligen inget behov av en bil, gratis transport tillhandahålls av Park City Municipal Transportation. Gold Standard for Vacation Rentals

You can tell this is an owner-occupied property, not just something held for an investment. I felt like I was actually someone's guest. The breadth of supplies and amenities is amazing (there are even scissors and tape!). Everything is labeled and clear instructions were provided, along with a packet of restaurant recommendations.Kitchen: Full range of cooking equipment, lots of spices, oils, condiments, etc. Nice coffee maker and grinder, cuisinart, etc. Instead of the scorched earth policy many rentals follow, here you are encouraged to leave nonperishable items. If possible, do your shopping after check-in so you can see what supplies are available.The condo is plenty spacious for a family of 4. My two full-grown teenage daughters slept on the pull-out, and it was fine. If you're driving to Park City, you can bring a mattress topper for better support.I enjoyed snuggling up with a blanket at the bay window with my morning coffee and watching the snow fall.Location is perfect. Literally a block from the lift entrance - 2 minutes across the parking lot. Walking distance to grocery store. And a 20-minute walk to the center of town; or take the bus (also a short walk across the PC mountain parking lot). Only noise we experienced was beeping from trash trucks or snow plows one morning, and people walking around upstairs.Condo has radiant floor heating, which was a treat. No need for slippers.Would definitely stay here again on next trip to Park City!

Even better than described!

Rene’s condo is centrally located to everything that there is to do in Park City. Our dog loved the dog park that was only 2 blocks away and City Park was just a few blocks in the other direction. Short stroll to Main Street and all the restaurants. Could not recommend more highly! The condo is spotlessly clean and has everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable! We will return!

Perfect Stay

Everything about this home was spot on - location, communication, comfort and convenience. I have never stayed at a property that was so well appointed - right down to the backpack for hiking! We lacked for nothing and the home was just as described - even more. Park City was so much fun, can't wait to try it for skiing!

Wonderful PC experience!

Rene takes great care to make sure her condo is pristine, and she communicates incredibly. Beautiful place in a perfect location for us: Within Old Town, but a bit away from the hub-bub. There is no central AC, but the portable AC works just fine. Be aware of the 2nd floor location with no elevator-We found the exercise was an advantage. Will stay there again!!

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful condo for two weeks, and it is exactly as promised. We had everything we could have ever needed. We were very impressed with how clean and organized the unit is. The location is wonderful especially if you like to walk and not have to deal with parking around Main Street. The owner should give a Master Class in how to successfully manage a rental property deserving of 5 stars every time.

New Years in Park City

My wife and I typically stay in VRBO’s at least 2-3 times a year and have done so regularly for about 20 years. Rena’s place likely tops our list in terms of a rental checking all the boxes. The place was VERY clean, more organized I suspect than most of our homes and had everything and more you’d need for a comfortable stay with a generous sized one bedroom. We are already looking forward to booking our next stay in the future. You won’t be disappointed here!

STAIRS!!!!

The inside of this property was outstanding. The owner took great care in supplying everything one would need for a perfect stay. There was only one drawback and it was a big one. Prior to renting this property we specifically asked the owner if there were any stairs as we are in our 70s and 80s. We were assured that there was only a few steps and then a landing and a few more steps. Well, there are 14 steps and then a landing and another 14 steps. 28 very steep steps in all. We struggled to get our luggage up and two small dogs one of which doesn't do steep steps. We stayed as long as we could, but checked out early and found another place to stay. It is a miracle that we didn't have an accident or fall. Every day was exhausting going up and down the stairs several times in a day. No elevator. We read the reviews prior and no one mentioned stairs. Therefore, it was a big surprise to us and we learned a hard lesson with VRBO.

Nice Park City Condo!

My husband and I, along with our 2 small pups enjoyed a relaxing week in Rene’s Park City Condo. It is located in a great location, is clean and nicely appointed with tasteful decor and very cozy and comfortable. Rene has done an impressive job of stocking and organizing items for renters use, complete with storage labels so it is easy to find whatever you need. Rene is easily reached if questions or concerns and tries to best to make everyone’s stay as nice as possible. The only word of caution would be to alert anyone with any mobility challenges that there are 28-31 stairs to negotiate to access the Condo. We are in our 70’s and our 2 little dogs are seniors & had to be carried up and down the stairs but we were able to manage OK. Great exercise :) Thanks Rene for a great stay!

Hi, I'm Rene, owner and property manager of Empire House. I reside in Central, Arizona which is about 180 miles east of Phoenix and just an hour from the New Mexico border. The fact that I live out of state has not stopped me from being successful at renting my property. I’ve been doing this since 2008. To be in this business, you need to pay attention to detail and enjoy communicating with people. I am a true native Californian. I was born and raised in Oceanside, 35 miles north of San Diego. Skiing always intrigued me and I learned to ski in Breckenridge, Colorado in my college days. Now at the ripe age of 50ish, I still enjoy skiing with my family. My husband, Ted learned after we got married and both my boys have been skiing since age 3.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Our family has skied in many different locations in the Western States. Utah's snow and powder are the “Best” in the west. We love that fact that you can arrive at the airport and be on the slopes in less than an hour. The charming town of Park city is surrounded by two world class resorts, Park City Mountain Resort now including the Canyons and Deer Valley. We like the Ski Resort being right next to town. No driving down the mountain in a snow storm after a hard day of skiing. Many restaurants, the grocery store, and even the movie theater are just minutes away. Park City is also a great summer get-a-way with lots of fun things to do with the family.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Empire House is an old Victorian building built in the early 80's. Its architectural features are distinct and unlike anything you will see in Park City. Our condo is located directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort - a very short walk and boom, you are on the lift. No need for a car in Park City, everything is within walking distance. If you don't have a car, then use the free shuttle service that is offered. It’s a short walk (less than 2 min) across the street to catch the shuttle which runs every 10-12 minutes to downtown Main Street.
