Ligger på busslinje med tillgång till alla Summit County och bara en 20 minuters bilresa eller mindre till Keystone, Copper Mountain, Lake Dillon och mycket mer! Rymmer upp till 13 i sängar. Den första Sovrummet har 5 enkelsängar och en dubbel med en TV, den andra 2 drottningar, en öppen spis och TV & den tredje en kung med öppen spis och TV. Alla rum har en badrum och det finns en 4: e badrum bekvämt ligger nere. Bland de många funktionerna är en fullastad kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, bastu, BBQ Grill och uteplats, trådlöst internet, ved, storbilds-TV med Blue Ray-spelare och tillgång till inomhus / utomhus barrel och pool bara 25 yards bort. Great place to stay

We all loved the place, very clean, with a lot of space in the rooms and comun areas. The kitchen load it with stuff to cook. I would recommend this place 100%.

Perfect ski condo

We really enjoyed staying here. We ended up being three couples and there was tons of room. The bunk room alone could sleep tons of kids. very well equipped kitchen. A very generous serving of towels and every bathroom and also for the sauna. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Awesome!

Great property! Great location, clean, had everything you could ever need. Pool and hot tub were a great addition. Will definitely book here again when we return to Breckenridge. Don’t pass this one up!

Exactly what we needed for our family ski trip

The condo was great, good location with easy access to the slopes and town via free bus stop 500 feet from our door. Plenty of bed space we didnt even fill halff of yhr

Awesome place for bigger groups/families

House was clean and well stocked, espically the kitchen which had anything you could possibly need. Lots of beds and roomy for bigger groups. Host was super helpful and replied quickly. We will definitely be staying here for our ski trips from now on!

Close to main street and slopes

The owner was awesome in their response and detailed information. The property is well equipped and suitable for a large group. The ensuite sauna was honestly the highlight for me and our group. The ability to unwind and relax after hitting the slopes was phenomenal. The showers were awesome and the beds were quite comfortable. The place is well insulated so we could not hear our neighbors and hopefully they couldn't hear us lol. We will definitely be coming back again. The location is central to Breckenridge and is near the King Soopers,walking distance to downtown, and the slopes. 5 stars all around.

Awesome place

We had a great experience here. Cabin was spacious enough to comfortably fit 12 guests. Shane was more than helpful with any questions we had regarding the place. I would definitely recommend staying here while you are in Breck!

Fantastic place

I stayed with a group of 10 adults and the place was everything we could have needed and more. There was plenty of space, beds were comfortable, and location was fabulous. The free bus picks up right outside the condos and it’s only a mile from downtown breck. Our whole group was more than pleased with our stay.

Unit 26 has 4 wonderful owners:

Shane Coyne lives in Manitou Springs (west side of Colorado Springs) and just retired from the Air Force out of the US Air Force Academy and also is a wild land firefighter with the Sheriff's Office there. He graduated from Kansas State University

Mary Ann Coyne (yes the person responsible for Shane) is a retired 4th grade teacher and grandmother and hails from Hays, Kansas. She also is a Kansas State grad.

Eric Eldridge is also Retired Air Force and a graduate of the US Air Force Academy (where he met Shane). He is currently residing in Hamilton, Ohio working at Wright Patterson AFB as a civilian.

John Eldridge (yes responsible for Eric) lives in Kentucky

We all fell in love with Breckenridge...not just ski area, but the town itself and the endless
things to see and do during all months of the year. When we are not renting the place out for others to enjoy, you will find us here enjoying not just the slopes but also the incredible summers where the amazing weather and many festivals give visitors a long list of activities for all ages.

It will be difficult to find a better deal for a place that is this well constructed and can sleep so many with this many amenities. The location is perfectly located no matter what time of the year you visit and everything you want to do in Breck is always right next door.
