Om värden

Angelina OGrady är värd

Värdens profilbild
Hi, I’m Angie a Maryland native who moved to Charlotte in 2020. Proud Baltimorean with a love for hospitality, travel, and creating beautiful spaces that feel like home. When I’m not managing my short-term rentals, you’ll find me exploring local restaurants, supporting small businesses, or spending time with my family and friends.
Hosting is truly my passion—it allows me to meet wonderful people from all walks of life and share the comfort, care, and charm that make this city special. Every guest experience matters to me, from the smallest details to the warm welcome you’ll feel when you arrive.
Whether you’re visiting for business, family, or leisure, I’m here to make sure your stay is smooth, memorable, and full of Southern hospitality.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood where folks still wave hello. Mornings are calm — you might see neighbors walking their dogs, kids heading off to school, and the sun spilling across the lawns. By evening, it’s the kind of place where you can sit on the porch, listen to the crickets, and feel right at home.
What I love most about this neighborhood is the balance. It’s close enough to everything in Charlotte that you can easily get where you need to go, but it still has that relaxed, small-community feel. You’re just a short drive from Uptown Charlotte, Carowinds, and the Charlotte Motor Speedway, plus plenty of local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby. Its safe and welcoming, and peaceful — the perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the city or working nearby. Guests often tell me how quickly they feel settled here, and that’s exactly why I love hosting in this neighborhood.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What sets this place apart is the feeling you get the moment you walk in — it’s cozy, clean, and thoughtfully put together, like visiting a friend who truly wants you to feel comfortable. I take pride in making sure the house is spotless, stocked with all the essentials, and decorated with care so it feels inviting, not just another rental. Guest often express how much they appreciate the small touches — things like the soft blankets, good lighting, and a kitchen that’s actually set up for cooking, not just looks. The quiet cul-de-sac location makes it easy to relax, but you’re still close to all the fun and convenience Charlotte has to offer. More than anything, I think it’s the personal care that makes this home different. I live locally, I’m easy to reach, and I genuinely enjoy helping guests make the most of their time here — whether that’s suggesting a good restaurant, helping with travel plans, or just making sure everything feels right.
