Dylan was a great communicator! The house was perfect for our group! It was beautifully remodeled and very comfortable. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful clean home that accommodated our large family, the in- law suite was a perfect addition to the house. The only issue we had was the pool turned green 4 days into our stay, possibly from the rain, but communication was great and he was quick to have the pool people out due to our concerns, unfortunately it was still green before we left so we didn’t get to use the pool the last few days.

The whole house was lovely! It is well laid out and has ample room in most of the bedrooms. Perfect for a family get away in Tampa. Close enough to Uber everywhere and plenty of seating in the gathering areas like the kitchen, family room and back porch and pool area. Additionally the kitchen had all you need to cook and serve meals. I never complained but the ice maker in the fridge didn't work, so we bought our own. Would go back again!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was very clean. The beds were comfortable! Each bedroom also had a smart tv for when someone wanted down time. The separate in-law suite was perfect for my daughter and her small children. Perfect spot for a quiet nap when needed. There is an open concept kitchen and living area. The large living room sectional was comfortable and we enjoyed having a place to sit together. The kitchen seating area had plenty of room. The kitchen is well-stocked and has spices! The outside area was GREAT! The kids LOVED the heated pool. There were other activities like bags and floats they enjoyed. The adults liked the outdoor space for playing cards or watching the outdoor tv. The hosts also supplied a pack n play with bedding, an infant bathtub, double stroller and a high chair!!! There were also toys, games and pool towels! The neighborhood was quiet except for my grandkids screaming “Marco Polo” in the pool! Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area to get anything you need. Easy drive to Busch Gardens. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We would 100% stay here again! Clean, organized and everything you could possibly need is stocked in this house. The owner answered all of my annoying questions and was very fast to respond. I feel awful I forgot some chips under the counter! But this place was amazing, cozy and PERFECT. Thank you for sharing with us! Also the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on.
