Black Swan is a well-maintained, in-town home with panoramic views of Stoningtonâs thoroughfare. Enjoy the changing scenery of the working waterfront throughout the day, as lobster boats, sailboats, schooners and other vessels work the waterways.
Black Swan is a ranch style home with all the living areas on one easy-to-maneuver level. The home is bright and airy with a full wall of windows looking toward the sights of the harbor.
Black Swan has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home has a open plan with a large and well-equipped kitchen, a living room area and a formal dining section. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two chairs. There is no television at Black Swan but the homeowner provide a high speed internet connection which makes streaming and browsing easy. The dining area has seating for six and enjoys large views of the harbor. The home has a lovely fireplace that is just decorative and is not available for use.
Black Swanâs first bedroom has a twin bed, a closet and a dresser. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a dresser. The third bedroom is a master suite with a king bed and a private bathroom. Black Swan has a large ocean view deck, a laundry room with a washer and dryer in place. There is a paved driveway where the charcoal grill is set up and a garage bay available to the tenant.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing (email is acceptable) and received by the Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the Guestsâ scheduled arrival date. Cancellations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental funds received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall make a good-faith effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the reserved rental term. No refund of rents paid will be made until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the new rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate will be deducted from the rental returned to the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rental funds paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages.
This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise which might cause one to cancel vacation plans. Life happens and we donât want you to lose your deposit. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants. I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibility of claims.
