With over 220 feet of shoreline, a brand-new pool and hot tub, and a rare boathouse with launch, this exceptional home is designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. Accommodating up to 22 guests, this waterfront retreat blends refined comfort with the laid-back charm of lake life.
Step inside and be greeted by a grand foyer and soaring windows framing breathtaking south-facing lake views. The great room features abundant natural light, stylish décor, and plenty of seating for the whole group. The formal dining room showcases an antique table for eight beneath a sparkling chandelier, creating the perfect space for family dinners or celebratory meals.
The chef's kitchen is the true heart of the home, boasting a spacious island with seating for six, high-end appliances, and every tool needed for preparing group meals. A breakfast area overlooking the lake invites relaxed mornings with coffee in hand, while the deck off the kitchen offers a serene spot for evening cocktails. The kitchen area also includes a wet bar with wine fridge, an extra refrigerator, a drop zone, laundry room, and half bath—all designed for convenience and flow.
