This second-floor unit faces the street and offers a comfortable stay with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms all on a single level. The spacious living room and dining room combination opens up to a a balcony, providing a pleasant outdoor space. The Euro-style kitchen is equipped with quartz counters, a breakfast island, ample cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, making it a convenient space for preparing meals. The bedrooms are of a nice size, and the master suite includes a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features double sinks, a tub, and a separate stand-up shower for added convenience. The dining room is adorned with a Schonbek crystal chandelier, creating an elegant atmosphere. The building offers elevator access for easy mobility. Furthermore, this unit provides two subterranean parking spaces along with a garage storage area. We invite you to experience the comfort and convenience of Myrtle Villas during your stay!

***Gardeners may visit during your stay. They will respect your space and privacy and will not be bothering you.
***Please do not block the sidewalk to avoid receiving a ticket.
