đ This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we donât issue refunds for pests, weâre always happy to assist if needed.
đĄ The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7. Unfortunately, it canât be switched off from inside the unit.
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program â youâre covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of.
