Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the host (Oscar) was friendly and responsive, and parking was easy and convenient. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the place cool throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Nice and Clean place in a convenient location. It’s not in the nicest neighborhood, but I never felt unsafe a second I was there. Oscar communicated well and often and kept me informed about all the information with the booking. Great host and great house!

Great location. My friend and I walked to Busch Gardens, and on our second night, we enjoyed the drone show and fireworks from the back yard.If you want to use the futon in the living room, be sure to ask for bedding in advance. They were fantastic and brought it for me the same day we checked in.

Overall, cozy place! AC kept us nice and cool, but I took away a star because the place didn’t seem like it had been checked on before our arrival. There were crumbs on the counters, the fridge and couch were kind of dirty, and there was no toilet paper, we ended up having to go buy our own. When we arrived, one of the breakers seemed to have flipped long before we got there. All of the ice in the freezer was melted and the microwave didn’t work when we came out to use it. We messaged the host and were able to figure it out before the host responded, it was late at night so I was not expecting an immediate response. All was well after that and we did enjoy our stay. The host was very communicative and made sure we were comfortable!

This was a good fit for what I needed. If I were staying again, I would request the AC be turned on before I got there. Otherwise I'd show up early and turn it on and then go to dinner.

Thank you so much . He very much enjoyed the place and it worked very well for him.His only suggestion is in regards to the any situation. Realizing that it is Florida and it does happen he mentioned there are some really good pest control companies that can help with that. Thank you again for being a gracious host.

Svar från VrboOwner 2 mars 2026
Allan requested my phone number the day he made the reservation yet he requested a missing towel through the VRBO application, our instructions say that if no answer through the app to please call me directly or text me, unfortunately I got to read the messages late at night so we had to send the cleaning lady next morning with two more towels, that was what happened. Cleaning service was corrected for the issue.

Was a little smaller than expected, only real complaint is the shower head. Doesn’t really allow you to shower very effectively
