Detta hem är i ett perfekt läge för alla dina sydväst Florida semester aktiviteter och resor nödvändigheter. Det är bara en fem minuters bilresa eller en tolv minuters cykeltur till Bonita Beach och lokalt berömda Doc s Beach House. Eller söderut samma avstånd till Barefoot Beach, en av Forbes "USA: s 10 bästa stränder".

Hemmet är väl underhållna och fullt utrustade för att ge en bekväm och lugn vistelse för par eller familjer. Det sover sex och har gott om plats för slappa och matsal, inomhus eller utomhus. (Se lista över bekvämligheter nedan.) Drar in på uppfarten och glida in i din privata reträtt. Utsikten från ytterdörren är en parkliknande miljö med en liten damm precis utanför. Den tysta körfält har nästan ingen trafik. På baksidan är en vacker privat bur uppvärmd pool omgiven av en professionellt anlagd gräsmatta med frodiga tropiska bladverk, som ger avskildhet från grannar. Du kommer även att uppskatta vyn på natten tack vare landskapet belysning.
Om shopping är på din lista av aktiviteter, är Miromar Outlet Mall bara 20 minuter bort, och Coconut Point Mall ligger bara 10 minuters bilresa. Golfbanor och parker är bara några minuter bort i alla riktningar. Minigolf är tre kvarter bort, Publix livsmedels 5 block, och CVS apotek ett par kvarter längre. Dessutom är det mindre än 30 minuter till Southwest Florida International Airport.
Intresserad av dagsutflykter? Bege dig till Lovers Key i 20 minuter, Fort Myers Pier på 30 minuter, Sanibel Island på mindre än en timme. Neapel är bara några minuter i söder, med shopping, restauranger, parker, botaniska trädgårdar och vackra Vanderbilt Beach. I närheten finns också vattensporter och aktiviteter såsom kajak / kanot, segling, skalas, fiske, vattenskidåkning och kryssningar solnedgången. Disney World är en tre timmars bilfärd och Key West är mindre än fem timmar bort.

Great time

Baseball Trip/Vacation

This property was amazing. Very clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. Beach supplies, towels, cleaning essentials. Private pool was awesome and beds were comfortable. Owners were very easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. Location is close to the beach and plenty of dining options. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to return.

FAMILY VACATION

This vacation home was by far the best we’ve ever stayed at. Jim and Lisa were great. They have everything in the house you can think of. We made endless memories here. Pictures do not give justice on how spacious this house is. Definitely will stay here again.

Another Amazing Stay!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home. We loved it the first time that we booked 2 weeks this past time. First, the pool is amazing! Temperature is amazing! Very nice size pool. 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Love the Huge screen TV in Livingroom. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!

4th year in a row renting this beautiful home for our annual Florida vacation. This house is amazing, it has everything you need, bath towels, beach towels, linens, beautiful bedding, lovely furnishings, bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards , sand toys ,washer, dryer , and so much more! Five minute drive to beach, shops, restaurants. Communication with Jim and Lisa is wonderful. You will not be disappointed renting this great Florida home. We plan to come back every year God willing !

Nice house

The stay was very enjoyable with the property being very nice. The pool was nicely up-kept and quite warm. The only surprise was that to get to it you have to go through the entrance of a trailer park.

Great place

The owner was great to work with. Home was clean and was perfect for us to stay in while working on clean up at our home damaged by Ian at Fort Myers Beach. We were very thankful to be able to find a house like this to stay in!

Perfekt für Familien

Das Haus ist super für Familienmit Kleinkind ausgestattet. Neben dem Babybett gab es auch einen Kinderstuhl, Kindersicherung an den Steckdosen und auch an den Schiebetüren für die größeren Kinder. Zum Strand waren es lediglich 5 min mit dem Auto. Genügend Poolnudeln, ein Buggy für den Strand, Stühle und Sonnenschirm sowie Luftmatratzen waren in der Garage sowie am Pool gelagert. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und Drogeriemarkt waren ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen. Für einen Spieleabend standen ausreichend Spiele wie Monopoly, Karten oder Yatzee zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar falls es Rückfragen gab. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

3 years in row…. Love it !!

This was my 3rd year in a row renting this house for a weeks vacation and it was just as great as the last 2. The house was so CLEAN when we arrived , it looked and smelled so good. The pool and Lanai area was perfect for the hot Florida weather. The house has everything you need for hanging at the pool, going to the beach, staying in or hosting some Florida family members for a BBQ. The owners are wonderful and always available if needed. Hope to be back for our 4th year!

Great rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The house was very clean. The rooms each had their own full bathroom attached. The pool was a nice size and a good temperature. We had fun watching shows on the large screen tv.

We loved the house

Perfect Florida Getaway

Our stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this property. The home was very clean, stocked with everything you could think of including beach towels, chairs, coolers, bikes, and pool accessories, and loungers. It also is a good location for anyone traveling with someone with disabilities or limited mobility because everything is easily accessible with walk-in showers. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches, stores, etc. The owners have great communication. Will definitely book here again in the future.

PERFECT!!!

This was our second stay at this home. It’s just perfect. Nice quiet, private location. Beach, restaurants & shopping all an easy short drive. Beautiful pool & lanai area. 3 bedrooms, each with their own bath! House is equipped with beach towels, pool floats & bicycles. Very clean & well maintained. Owners are great communicators!

Relaxing

Quiet Neighborhood

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and only a 10-15 minute drive from our favorite beaches. We loved the layout of the house and that each bedroom has a bathroom attached. The house was clean and well maintained. We would definately stay here again.

Fantastic Bonita Springs Home

Everything about this house is perfect. The amenities are plentiful, the house pristine, the friendly owners, and the location. We enjoyed sunny afternoons relaxing in the heated pool and chaise lounges. The backyard is very private, guarded by thick tropical foliage and hedges. There’s an outdoor shower, just saying. The grocery store is a few minutes away, with many shopping and dining options within 10-15 minutes drive. The beach is about a 10 minute drive. We’re very happy to have stayed here and will probably return again.

Can't wait to go back

Absolutely fantastic. The house has everything that a family could possibly need and the location is perfect. The owners were responsive and accommodating to our flight schedule that was changed by the airlines 3 times. There was nothing about the property or its owners that I would change.

Loved it so much the first time - we came back again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this home and we will definitely be back again! The owners are so nice and easy to work with before, during, and after the stay, if needed. This beautiful home is in a great location and has absolutely everything you might need. We highly recommend this as a vacation rental home!

The Best !!

This house was perfect ! It was so much better than expected. There was plenty of room for all of us, the house is so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We really enjoyed the pool and patio area, we spent most of our time there. It was great to have our own private pool and be able to jump in anytime day or night. The house is equipped with everything you would possibly need or want, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking items and supplies, there were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, pool floats and toys. We even had fun taking the bikes out for a little ride around the neighborhood. The location is great, you are five minute drive to the beach , Restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t of picked a better house for us. Absolutely planning on returning. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us !

We are Jim and Lisa from Carmel, Indiana, just north of Indianapolis. We both grew up in Indiana, with one of us attending Purdue University and Ball State University, and the other attending Indiana University. We enjoy outdoor activities such as golfing, swimming, and pickleball.

We had vacationed in the Bonita Springs area for several years, and decided that when it's time to retire we would spend the winters there. Well, we found the perfect house for us so we decided to share it with you outside of the time we spend there.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We picked this home over many others for several reasons. It's on a quiet lane with no through traffic. It's not in a gated community, which means family and friends don't have to check in. It's very close to one of our favorite places...the beach! And it's a beautiful Florida style home with a great pool and wonderful landscaping.
