House has been updated and renovated. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Pictures and description were spot on. Neighborhood is a little rough but appears to be on the upswing. Felt safe and was an easy 10 minute drive to our parking lot next to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would definitely stay here again for a trip into Indy. Wes was a great host!

It was a great location for an overnight stay to go to a concert at the Colts stadium. We had zero issues with getting Ubers and was a quick ride there and back. Wes was a super quick and efficient communicator when we had minor issues with the incorrect code getting the keys to get into the apartment. He answered our call quickly and gave us the correct code. He was also super kind and let us check in 2 hours early since we were coming in from out of town.

The house was super dirty and the water was off, stayed for 30 mins and had to get another temporary rental and still paid that’s how dirty it was and it smelled bad as well.

This review is inaccurate. The guest did not actually stay at the property. Their travel plans were cancelled approximately one hour before check-in, so they did not complete their stay.

Terrible living room downstairs set up - con comfortable. House was odd as to the efforts made to “fix it up”. You can tell they tried but maybe ran out of or something. It was just not very nice. Neighborhood wasn’t the best either. But no interstate noise just car drag races a few times. Bring a noise machine or use the house provided ear plugs I guess to help. One small common bath upstairs with no fan makes a house full of guys not pleasant. 2 sets of washers and dryers for some reason. There was a big living room upstairs we just didn’t use it. Beds were soft and comfy

The home offers two separate living spaces so larger groups have flexibility, though we understand layout preferences vary. There is a functioning ventilation fan in the upstairs bathroom, and we’re always happy to assist if something isn’t clear during a stay. The neighborhood is a residential Indianapolis area with convenient interstate access. While occasional city noise is outside our control, we provide earplugs and sound machines for added comfort. We’re glad you found the beds comfortable and appreciate you staying with us.
