Pet Policy: Dogs considered with prior approval and pet fee ($250/pet/month). Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited due to severe allergy.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Payment in full and HOA approval are required prior to your arrival. An HOA processing fee of $200 is due in addition to the rental fee.

One-time cleaning fee of $500.

Prior to your check in you will receive instructions for downloading the phone apps that will provide you with gate and amenity access, as well as the code for entering the home.

30-day minimum stay. January-February-March $7500/month. December & April $7000/month.

Please note: the Naples Reserve restaurant and tiki bar are closed until March 2026. All other amenities remain open and available.
