We appreciate you bringing the condition of the living room rug, the difficult sliding door, and the cleanliness of the grill and grilling tools to our attention. We’re especially sorry that you reported the sliding door and were told someone would address it, but the repair was not completed during your stay. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We also understand your concerns regarding the frequency of maintenance and hot tub service visits. The aquatics team at the Turquoise area oversees the hot tubs and does daily inspections. We at Prickett Properties have no control over them. While routine service is necessary to properly maintain certain amenities, we certainly understand how repeated entries could feel disruptive when you are trying to relax and enjoy your vacation. We’re especially sorry you felt uncomfortable when you were unaware someone had entered while you were showering. Your comments regarding communication and notice before entering the property are important, and we will review this with our team. We appreciate your detailed feedback, as it gives us the opportunity to address both the property concerns and our service procedures.
