This newly renovated unit is perfect for extended family stay or small group trips. Its ambience both inside and outside, provides a convenient and accessible access to family inclusion and bonding time without sacrificing safety or ambience.
Ideally located near to the conveniences of the Buccoo and Mount Irvin beach facilities, Shirvan plaza and Shirvan police station.
Just off the Claude Noel Highway and located just a stones throw away from the Shirvan Road Police station. This unit is ideally situated on the Shirvan main road with access to the Shirvan shopping plaza with a variety of shops from a pharmacy and restaurants to a casino. Just next door to the popular Dreamscicle restaurant, our guests are privileged to be walking distance from this sumptuous breakfast Thursdays -Sunday from 8am-3pm.
Heading North, just a few mins away, Buccoo beach and Mount Irvine beach facilities welcome you with open arms. For the Golfing enthusiasts, our Mount Irvine golf course boosts of world class standards.
Access to the unit will be via a lockbox conveniently situated at the right of the private driveway. The code will be unique to each guest. The lockbox contains the gate fob, for carpark access and the keys for the additional entrance gates.
Parking is provided for 1 vehicle, on the right of the car park. Additional parking is available for 1 additional vehicle on the left of the car park.

Diamond is a 1880 sq ft ground floor condo unit located on Shirvan Road in Mt. Pleasant, Tobago, about 5-8 minutes away from Crown Point, which is on the western end of the island and 2-5minutes from Buccoo and Mt. Irvine beach facilities. It sleeps 8 persons comfortably . It is very spacious, with its spa bath and modern touches.
The sizable side patio, which provides easy access the the carpark and to the pool area, is where you can gather on evenings to have dinner , play some family games or just relax under the moonlight.
More than that, even though the property is a part of a secure gated eight unit property, you will find that the residents, while friendly, do keep to themselves; a convenient thing for those of us trying to get away.
Public transport is easily accessibility. However, having a rental vehicle will allow for in-depth exploration of our beautiful island. The property has secured parking for one guest vehicle in our gated compound.
