Just steps from the Calibogue Sound and a quick stroll to the South Beach Marina Village, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat offers a bright, open layout and easy access to Hilton Headâs most beloved coastal experiences.
Inside, the living and dining area is comfortable and inviting, with plenty of natural light and direct access to a private balcony where you can enjoy peaceful treetop views. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking simple, whether youâre preparing breakfast before the beach or a casual dinner after exploring the island.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an updated en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen and twin bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements and access to a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Thoughtful details like a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and smart TVs throughout the villa make your stay effortless and connected.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool in advance. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
