Our home is centrally located, just minutes from the expansive, white sandy beach and intracoastal waters.
* Short walk to Madeira Beach, Johnâs Pass Village & Boardwalk shopping, dining, boat tours, jet ski rentals, restaurants, parks, and shops
* 20-minute drive to downtown St. Pete for nightlife, museums, and local events
1st Floor:
- Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stocked for cooking & dining.
- Dining table for 8 + kitchen table for 6 + kitchen bar with seating for 4.
- 75â Smart TV in the living area + extra mattress in the garage if needed
- 65ââ Smart TV in the kitchen area
- Private pool/spa, fire pit, outdoor lounge/furniture+65â smart TV
- Beach gears:
Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, fishing poles.
2nd Floor:.
- Master Bedroom #1: King bed, 65â Smart TV, private bathroom, private balcony
Guests have access to the entire place, self-check-in with the door code
no keys, no hassle.
Parking on the driveway up to 4 cars
No party, No Smoking, No Pet
P/S: if you need a heated pool, please give me 24 hours notice and it will be $50/day to use the heated pool
