Periwinkle vid stranden

Detta vackert presenterade strandhus med en stor balkong med utsikt över havet och våtmarkerna. Med bara 5 minuters promenad till stranden och en kort bilresa till stranden tillgång där du kan köra längs den vita sandstranden och möter mynningen av Capel River. Njut av fiske, snorkling, simning eller koppla av på Peppy Beach.
Peppermint Grove Beach bara 25 minuter från Bunbury och 25 minuter till Busselton. En kort 7 minuters bilresa till Capel där det finns en IGA livsmedelsbutik öppen 7 dagar i veckan, Capel Tavern, kaféer och Capel Winery. Den lokala Peppermint Grove Beach Caravan Park har en liten butik, is och spritbutik för nödsituationer.
Massor av sightseeing och aktiviteter som erbjuds i Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough och Margaret River, något för alla.

Amazing stay, place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. Check in was a breeze and Karen was very quick to reply if we needed anything.I will definitely stay here again, this place is awesome.

Great amenities and well stocked kitchen and facilities. Beautiful location with easy walking distance to the beach. Central location to nearby town centres. Great for families and/or a group of adults.

Would highly recommend Periwinkle by the Beach, beautiful home with everything a family might need and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Booking was hassle free.

Family holiday

Stay was lovely, gate at the top of the stairs was good for the little kids. Internet access was great as well as access to Netflix and Stan. Communication with owner was fast and easy, overall great stay 😊

Relaxation galore

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay. The house had everything we could need and lovely ocean views. We really enjoyed the big secure balcony, hammock for naps and big comfy couch. The two year old was secure and happy. Thanks for the stay. We hope to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well equipped. Lovely quiet location. Excellent Views. Easy access for parking. Loads of space for the kids to run around outside. Good walking distance to the beach. Very clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was exceptional and all questions were answered quickly. Very friendly and we will definately stay again if we are ever in this area.

Lovely Stay in Peppermint Grove

This house was everything we expected and more. The space is beautiful and is proximity to the beach was so wonderful. I would mention that the main bedroom is upstairs and other bedrooms are downstairs all of you have really young kids. You may all have to stay downstairs. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful house in an amazing location!

The property was perfect for our group of five adults and 3 children. Having two lounge areas and the huge balcony provided enough relaxing areas for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The close proximity to the beach meant we could take advantage of the swimming and sunsets. The recently developed park in Capel was a massive favourite of the kids. We would certainly recommend this property!

Fully equipped, close to the Beach

The house has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were also greeted with a nice bottle of wine which is a very nice touch. The view from the balcony on the first floor is definitely a plus and is a very close walk to the beach. On the downside, the house needs a lot of maintenance and unfortunately was not clean. The walls are very scratched and dirty, the light on the first floor bedroom does not work, and the bathroom door handle is broken. The couch has a lot of stains, and the bathroom on ground floor was not clean on arrival.

Fantastic location and great amenities

The property has great amenities, all bedrooms have double beds which is rare and a wonderful surprise for 4 girlfriends trying to find a place that would accommodate that configuration. It is located a stones throw from the beach, great views from the balcony which we sat on everyday to enjoy breakfast and a wine at night. The house is equipped with everything you need. The only negative is the cleanliness. I don't believe the cleaners did a good job. The handrail on the stairs was sticky, fans were dirty and showers needed a good clean. However apart from that one negative we would definitely stay again :)

Brendon and I have holidayed down South for many years however fell in love with the location and Peppermint Grove Beach. It is very relaxing and quiet, it is a hidden gem. Still close enough to enjoy the many experiences on offer in the Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough regions. There is something for all ages to enjoy.

We love our beach house with the large balcony offering views to the ocean. A five minute walk to the beach or a drive on the beach that meets the mouth of the Capel River. The home is so relaxing and offers all the comforts you will need. We want to be able to share the joy that we have when we stay at Periwinkle By The Beach.
