This canal-front home with private jetty & slipway is perfect for those large families or family groups who want that little bit extra whilst enjoying all Busselton offers - fishing, boating, canoeing, nature walks & more, all within 15 min walking distance to the foreshore and 10 min drive to the iconic Busselton Jetty, cafes, bars, restaurants and shopping outlets.
Multiple family entertainment with Private swimming pool, tennis court, pool table.
This home has it all. Suitable for large families or family groups, upstairs is a mirror image of down stairs, it is the perfect destination for that summer holiday or short mid-week break, private slipway and jetty. Tennis court, swimming pool, You can feel the serenity alreadyâŠ
Please note there is no fencing from the alfresco to the jetty
Basic Guest starter kit supplied (approx 2 days worth of toilet paper, kitchen supplies etc)
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 12 people allowed.
-Maximum of 4 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
