The primary suite features a fireplace, en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower, and a private terrace overlooking the canyon. Designed for comfort and elegance, every detail reflects the tranquility and charm of its serene hillside setting.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including:
- Expansive pool & jacuzzi

Nichols Canyon is centrally located in the Hollywood Hills, just minutes from Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, and the major studios. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are the most convenient way to get around, as street parking can be limited in the hills. Up to 4 private parking spots are available at the home.

Please respect the rules below to ensure a safe and disturbance-free stay for you and our neighbors.
NOISE & OCCUPANCY
No parties, loud music, or gatherings over eight people. Noise must stay indoors and low between 9 PMâ10 PM. Pool and hot tub use are not allowed after 10 PM. Neighbor complaints may result in immediate eviction.
PETS & SMOKING
Pets require prior approval and a $90 daily fee. Smoking indoors is prohibited and carries a $250 fine. Outdoor smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
PROPERTY & CLEANING
Excessive mess may incur a $200 fee. Damaged or missing towels, sheets, or duvets will be charged accordingly. The property has outdoor security cameras and noise monitors.
POOL & MAINTENANCE
Pool heating is $90 per day (request in advance). Pool service is every Friday; gardening every Friday.
DAMAGES
Please report any damages immediately to avoid extra charges.
