Across the quiet lane, enjoy your private 50-foot lot on Mobile Bay complete with a pier and deck—perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset or casting a fishing line. The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge beach access is just a mile away, with free parking and plenty of room to spread out for a day in the sun. Traveling with your pup? You’ll find directions to nearby dog-friendly beaches in the home’s information binder.
Inside, the cottage features three bedrooms and two baths, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Following recent renovations after Hurricane Sally, you’ll enjoy a modern kitchen, new flooring, updated bathrooms, fresh furnishings, and ceiling fans throughout. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Pets are allowed with a fee of $129+taxes per dog, per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted, each weighing up to 30 lbs.
