A Very Pleasant and Comfortable Long-Term Stay

My husband and I were fortunate enough to stay at this home for two months, and were very satisfied. The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the small patio provided the opportunity to view play on the Pete Dye golf course. Although the bedroom furniture was somewhat dated, the furniture was functional, the beds very comfortable (and mattresses appeared to be new), and linens and towels were plentiful and of good quality. The condo is well-situated for long and short-term stays.

Annual Desert Girls Weekend

We stay in Rancho Mirage at least once per year with a group of 3-5 ladies. This was by far the best accommodation we have rented in 6 years. The location is PRIME. The property has everything you need and more. We barely left the resort, and highly recommend adding the golf cart to your rental. We were able to visit any pool any time, and cruise over to the Westin for dinner. Thanks for the retreat we were looking for!

Very attentive owner and great view!

I had rented 91 Augusta, Rancho Mirage, Ca for the months of December 2018 and January 2019. The condo was clean, spacious, and well maintained, plenty of towels and bedding, the kitchen was well stocked with all you might need, but I had asked Rich if he might consider a new set of frying pans, he immediately obliged and sent over 2 brand new pans by Fed-Ex which arrived next day, thank you Rich, we especially enjoyed not having to use a key to gain entrance to the condo but used the coded automatic touch-tone lock which Rich had set up for us, the location of this condo is close to all one might be looking for, Costco, churches, theaters etc., and thank you Rich for being so considerate that you actually came to visit us ( by appt) to see how we were doing and if all was well.

Beautiful townhome with beautiful views!

Well equipped townhome with a western view of the mountains. Everything was perfect and the owner, Rich, was always available for questions/advice within two hours. My only complaint was that we only rented it for two months!

Loved the view and golf course

The house was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for guest. We stayed here for 2 months in 2016 and 2017 and loved every minute of it. Rich is always available if you need anything a great landlord. The Jones from Colorado

Nice Condo

We stayed two months (Jan-Feb, 2017). Rich was very nice to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. We liked the keyless lock on the condo and garage as it saved us from always asking the other if they had the key. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots which I particularly like as we eat in most of the time. The condo has been updated nicely. I also like that there was a desk for my computer. The only negative is the west facing patio which gives strong sun in late afternoon. Of course, that is offset by beautiful sunsets. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We had a delightful January at this Rancho Mirage condo. Rich was always very timely in his responses to my questions. There were only 2 of us and PLENTY of room to spread out nicely. The master bed and pillows were MORE comfortable than mine at home. Everything worked well. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed with any utensil or appliance that I needed, and several sets of dishes and glasses. Washer and dryer are brand new. If you like to walk, there are many wonderful places to walk to, right out the front door, with breathtaking views of snow on the mountains beyond the golf fairways. Be sure to use the coffee table book that talks about hikes and adventures (even for non-hikers.) We went to Joshua Tree National Park and it came in very handy. Location is close to the freeway and central to all the desrt communities. Be sure to check out Sunnylands Gardens. Costco is nearby, if you want to stock up. You will be very happy if you stay here.

Fantastic vacation! Couldn't ask for a more communicative owner and manager!

My group stayed at this residence for 4 nights and were more than pleased with the experience. All emails to the owner and manager were answered thoroughly within hours (often minutes!) The pictures don't truly do the place justice... to a person we were all pleasantly surprised with the size of the place. The place was nice, clean, and well stocked with extra towels and sheets. Can't wait for our next trip back!

Romance, relaxation and fun!

We loved this place! The view from the patio is truly spectacular! We spent more time there playing cards than anything else! The home is very well maintained, pretty, comfortable and with all the amenities. Loved cruising in the golf cart to the pool or the hotel for dinner. We have stayed at many places in the area and this is by far the best! Beautiful pool areas also.

Needs Work

The good news is that the Property Managers were great to work with; very helpful and responsive. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Everything worked in terms of keys, gold cart, garage door opener etc. The bad news is that the property needs some attention. The carpet and tile are in good shape and the Kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, although somewhat disorganized. The furnishings are very tired and outdated, the barbeque needs replacement and the outdoor furniture is corroded and needs replacement. I wouldn't use either in the condition they are in. The master king bed is broken and I had to sleep in the guest room. My husband could sleep on his side of the bed, but the springs are so broken on my side that I immediately rolled to the middle of the bed... I spent the week in the guest bed. The pillows and quilts need updating (some stains on the pillows, old pillows and the quilts under the newer duvets need replacing. I understand that all this upgrading means a loss of income but at some point these items need to be dealt with. Unfortunately this experience has cast doubt on how secure I can be in renting properties from this website. I looked at a number of properties, pictures and did my research, but still came up with a property that looked brighter and attended to in a way that we found was not the reality.

The Views were amazing...the place was spotless

I am not one to write reviews, but we had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Tons of amenities in the kitchen and cable TV in every one of bedrooms and nice flat screen on the family room wall. The place was Spotless and as a clean freak, it was appreciated. The golf cart (which was extra) was well worth it. We went to the Westin and had drinks and then cruised around the community looking at all the amazingly kept up homes! I would recommend this place for a week or more and our only negative comments were that we should have booked it for a month! (maybe next time). Thanks for allowing us to share if your Desert Getaway

You will LOVE this place!

As the new owner, I wanted to say that we just listed this property on VRBO and welcome you to stay in our Rancho Mirage Golfers Paradise! We have repainted the entire inside, decked it out with all the amenities of home, new art, amazing and abundant silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, etc. The house is on the 3rd Tee of the Pete Dye Golf Course and the 210 degree views are to die for in the evening! Enjoy the many pools, drive your personal golf cart over to the Westin Spa or sip a drink by the pool! I am thankful to have purchased this place and we look forward to your stay. You will feel at home when you get there and won't want to leave! Enjoy your Stay!

Mission Hills Is In The Heart Of Everything & We Love The Golf Coarses & Nostaglia Here With The LPGA Kraft Nabisco Championship & Also The LPGA Tour Qualifying School...I wish we were out there during the Seasonal nice weather.... but work calls!
