Girl friend getaway!

What I liked about the place is that it had easy access to the beach. They also had elevator’s and luggage carts. Having a view of the ocean was great.

Loved it

Can’t beat the view! Loved how this condo had three separate rooms and bathrooms for my family. We would absolutely stay here again. The elevator was a God-send for my aging mother, too. Literally only thing for improvement is WiFi signal but only needed it because I had to get work done. A great stay for us!

Buena opción

We were very comfortable, each of us had our own space. My only complaint is that every time we had to go out I was worried that the sliding door of the living room could not be locked.

Nice Place

A very nice place and a good experience. The only complaints are the TV in the second BR did not work, the dishwasher did not clean, the A/C did not cool enough, no bath mats, and the cleaning chemicals in the bathrooms left a very strong and bothersome ammonia type smell that never went away. But overall we liked this place and the process.

John, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you had a good stay, overall. That said, we apologize for the issues you encountered and want to note that our local manager was able to get the TV working and the A/C was operating properly. Additionally, they had a tech check out the dishwasher and we thank you for your feedback. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Nice villa by the ocean.

I was skeptical at first but I must say that it was really nice. Only complaint I have is that one of the tvs in the bedroom didn't have cable. I feel like it was a designed to be a kids room but still they should have cable access just in case adults sleep in there. Nice place to stay though!

Very easy access to room (by elevator), pool & beach. Nice screened porch with morning shade. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Fridge makes lots of ice for cooler. Beautiful ocean views but can’t see beach. Nice sand spray off station. Will book again. A+

Great Location at the Beach

Location of this property was great! Oceanfront and close to restaurants and things to do. Overall was pleased with the place although it’s a little dated for sure Glass doors to balcony hardly worked and the one in the master bedroom didn’t work at all. Disappointed with that and after calling about a stopped a sink from the moment we checked in, nobody ever came out to correct the problem. Two of the three screen on the balcony porch were our son you wouldn’t want to sit out there when the bugs are biting. Location made up for the issues.

Disappointed

Wasn’t happy with this unit at all. Dishwasher didn’t work, sliding door in master bedroom was taped shut and couldn’t use the lanie. Shower head in guest bathroom was messed up and spraying water all over. Pool was not opened so grandkids didn’t have a good time. Won’t be going back to that place.

Thank you for your review, Ralph, we regret to hear that your time with us was less than satisfactory. We apologize that your experience in our home was not the vacation for which you had planned and for which we strive to provide our guests. Please know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our priority and the experience you had is certainly not commonplace, nor is it indicative of our level of service. We have passed your feedback along to our property manager and they have assured us that they are working to repair the slider. We also apologize that the pool was not open during your stay. It is only open seasonally and closes on October 1. We apologize that this was not made clear to you prior to booking. We hope to have the opportunity to truly impress you in the future.

This unit needs some work on it. Could not use the Master Bedroom Sliding door to use the porch, we were not notified of this before arriving. This unit was not at all cleaned, there was food all over all the floors, bathrooms were not sanitized, the kitchen counters and appliances were not clean, the sliding glass door was nasty it had not been cleaned. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the entire unit. We even had to wash all the bed sheets before sleeping on them. this is unacceptable and for the price that is charged for these units they should be well stocked and cleaned. All doors should be able to be used. This made the first day of our vacation a cleaning day. These things need to be corrected we have stayed at Dunnscape for 35+ years through Atlantic Beach Realty and NEVER had this problem before. If Vacasa is going to continue to manage these units they should make sure all repairs and cleaning is keep up for the guest to enjoy what they are paying for.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Robin, we regret to hear that we were unable to provide you with a pleasant stay. We’re deeply sorry that the home was in this condition upon your arrival - please know that this is not the regular standard for our properties. Moving forward, we have passed your feedback along to our housekeeping staff so they are aware of your concerns. We will also investigate your access issue on the porch. It wasn’t our intention to disappoint you. But we feel fully responsible for what happened and for any inconvenience, this may have caused you. Because of the difficulties, your party experienced, we appreciated the opportunity to refund you. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
