Exceptional family home

Something for the whole family: Primary waterfront suites for the parents and grands, huge gathering space upstairs for meals, games, enjoying the ocean view, and entire bottom floor plus pool is great for teen and kid activities.

Great family vacation

Plenty of room for 13 people. The house was comfortable and clean. Loved the location. Couldn’t get any of televisions to work but on vacation and didn’t really need them. We would definitely book this house again.

Very well equipped home. Family loved the pool, hot tub, corn hole, arcade, pool table, theater. Something for everyone Kitchen best equipped of any I have stayed in in 35 years!

We've stayed in several really nice homes in Avon and Hatteras; hands down the Kinnakeeter has been our favorite. The theater room and the kitchen were both incredible.

Had a great time watching the wildlife, fishing, kayaking, and short drives to the many beach areas. Grocery store just a short drive away made it super easy for food. The house is at a prime location, step out to the beach or pool, and within sight of the Avon pier! Beautifully maintained with a well stocked kitchen. Elevator was so helpful
