Turtles and plants!

This is an amazingly charming place to stay! We, a friend and I, had to share a queen bed and found the room to be small. Since we were there to basically sleep, it was OK. It’s perfect for a couple or single person. It’s a beautiful room, property, and wonderful host/hostess.

Zen oasis in the desert

Small apartment for one or two. Not a lot of space, but space is used very effectively. Bed is comfortable, and everything you need is there, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, dishes, flatware and toiletries. Liz and Mike are great hosts. Garden with fish and turtles was a rare treat!

Comfortable and easy

The hosts were easy to work with. They supplied soap and shampoo and coffee pods for their Keurig, which was appreciated. The turtles and koi and bonsai trees were very cool. Peaceful stay, would stay here again.

Peaceful and relaxed

Very pleasant. I was visiting relatives and friends in the area and it was a great place to stay. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful with any questions and needs. The fish and the turtles were very entertaining in the garden, which was very relaxing. I even spotted a couple of hummingbirds.I would absolutely stay there again.

Casita Getaway

Everything included as advertised. Liz and Mike are warm, friendly hosts. Our stay included family reunion and Cubs spring training games. As an over eighty couple, we appreciated no steps, the ambiance of the Zen garden, and being able to have our breakfast in this setting,

Perfect stay for what we needed!

This was the perfect little stay for us to crash at after exploring Arizona during the day! Everything we needed was provided and it was such a cute/safe location! Our host had wonderful communication and was such a kind person! Would stay again :)

Very nice accomodations

Clean, well furnished with most anything one would need, including place settings, flatware, glasses/including wine, cleaning supplies. Very relaxing Coi pond with water feature and MANY bonsai plants! Only hiccup - when Murphy bed is extended, cramped space at counter to walk around or get in and out to do computer work.

We stayed one week at this property. We enjoyed the coy pond right outside our door. Neighborhood was nice and eating places were close. The room was small but contained everything you might want. No problems and no complaints.Would stay again.

Perfect location

The property is very easy to find, and has everything needed, and very quiet. It is especially convenient since I have a family member who lives at Clarendale which is just 3 minutes away.

Wonderful casita

Clean, bright, everything works. Our only slightly negative comment is that I think the mattress needs replacing. Seemed quite soft. Perhaps that was an intentional choice but many folks we know prefer a firmer mattress. But besides that, it's a great little oasis in the desert!!!
