Full 2-3 Bdrm House in Downtown Coaldale!
This charming 1940`s home was fully remodelled in 2021 to bring all comfort and modern amenities to our guests. Nestled on a quaint residential street walking distance from Main Street in Coaldale, this house is situated on a large lot with ample parking behind the house, alley access and close to all shops, schools and restaurants.
This is THE place to stay in Coaldale if you`re looking for both comfort and convenience!
Fully overhauled in 2021, the kitchen and bathrooms are brand new and feature a full range of stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). The kitchen has an eat-in breakfast bar for 3 people, as well as a dining table in the next room that seats 4.
The spa-like bathroom has both a dual head rain shower and a freestanding soaker tub, perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a long day of work or sightseeing!
Much of the home`s original charm can be felt through the flow and natural light on the main floor. Modern amenities including a Netflix-equipped TV and electric fireplace (that does give heat, too) have been added to the freshly painted living area for your enjoyment.
Both bedrooms are suitable for 1-2 people each and include their own Smart TV`s. The front bedroom (smaller of the two) is cozy yet equipped with a suitable closet space for clothing and suitcases. The larger bedroom (located off the kitchen) has an open-concept hanging closet and shelving for extra storage.
Guests have access to the entire home - both main floor and lower level (basement). None of the space is shared.
Your Super Hosts live nearby and are available for any urgent or immediate needs, however you will be given ample space and privacy during your stay. Please send messages via the Airbnb App for the fastest response!
The neighbourhood is quintessential Coaldale - quiet, convenient and walkable to nearly every amenity the town has to offer! The house is North-facing with a large parking area and yard in the rear with alley access - perfect for larger vehicles during your stay! This is the older neighbourhood in Coaldale which makes it mature and enjoyable for families, especially with it`s close proximity to multiple schools.
The best way to get to and from Coaldale is by car. Once you arrive, however, there are many restaurants, a pub, grocery stores and services at your doorstep as we are located just 1 block South of Main Street!
This home is from the 1940âs! While it has been remodelled and outfitted with many modern comforts, it does retain some of its quirky, old school charm. The property is outfitted with fans but does not have a/c unit.
