Just ok

The location is what makes this house worth it.However it’s smaller than expected and without outdoor private space
The timely and effective communication with the manager, was much appreciated.Our stay was very good, but I would not rent the same place again.

Clean and Convenient

There is not a better location. View of the beach and a block walk. The outside of the building is dated but the inside is in awesome shape. It's in a safe place. The hosts here really communicate well, make everything simple. Little things like having oil and soy sauce in the kitchen were a big help. Also have beach chairs, towels, umbrella, etc. This is a thoughtful set up. We hope to stay again in this same property really soon!

Great Location!

I love the location of this rental a 2 minute walk to the beach. Cozy apartment could use better knives and silverware. The living room furniture really needs improvement but you can’t beat the location. Next time I may rent another unit with better furniture and more pleasant and comfortable accommodations. But the rental process was smooth. And the apartment served our needs just fine. We were happy with our stay.

Our stay was 6 days. The condo and decor were adorable and made us feel at home. The short walk to Poipu beach and park were the main reason for booking. The cleaning prior to our stay could have been more detailed, but it didn't ruin our stay. Definitely will book again.

Great pace to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay while we were there. The two bedrooms worked well for our family. It's so close to both Brenneke and Poipu beaches and Brenneke bar and restaurant. Due to weather issues on the island, we were unable to eat at Brenneke's nor make use of the beach gear. We did see a few turtles on the beach, which was great for our daughter. Garden Island worked a lot with us on our overall stay and was able to get us to a different property when unexpected and very abnormal flooding occurred on the roads in the immediate area (there was over 3" rain in one night and was going to be over 2" a few days later, which would cause even more flooding). Thank you so much for the stay at this property!

It was less than 100 yards to Poipu beach so taking beach chairs, cooler and umbrella, (all provided), to the beach was super easy and we didn't have to worry about finding parking at the beach.

Cute apartment, close to beach and turtles!

Check in and checkout were easy, using a keypad system. The bedrooms were smaller than we expected, but were fine for our needs. The kitchen was stocked with basics. The beds were comfortable and the AC was helpful on warmer days. It’s about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach park and two beaches! We saw the sea turtles in the evenings on the beach! The waves could be heard from the front room and kitchen! Old Koloa town is just a few minutes away by car, which was great for shopping, dining, groceries.

Perfect location, minutes from Poipu beach.

Comfortable condo very close to the beach. Easy access to Poipu and Old town Koloa. Very quiet neighborhood. Only down side was parking spot is super tight, we ended up turning our rental car in for a smaller car as the Murano we had did not fit. Kitchen fairly well stocked for cooking, however the BBQ had no propane and is pretty well used. Air condition works well, lovely after the Hawai’i Sun.
