Roosters in the morning and neighbors on the lanai were the only intrusion. Walk to Baby Beach when you wake and relax until the babies arrive.

Aloha and thank you for being our guest! We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad you enjoyed your morning walks to Baby Beach and were able to take advantage of the oceanfront location. As is common throughout Kauai, chickens are part of island life, and we apologize if they woke you earlier than expected. While this is not feedback we commonly receive, we understand it can happen from time to time. We enjoyed hosting you and hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future. The park and ocean views from the balcony are great. The unit has some foibles that go along with older buildings, but was clean with ample space for two people. The interior garden around the pool is stunning. We were very appreciative of the beach chairs and mini cooler that were provided.

Excellent location, nice ocean view. The mini split AC worked well. The grounds are well maintained. We loved all the orchids! The unit could use a little updating. A dishwasher & garbage disposal would be good. The shower has no light or fan. Suggest adding or using a transparent shower curtain to allow more light in.
