Girl’s Trip

This is one of our favorite condos and places to stay. We love the bottom floor and everything about our stay. We are repeat customers and will be back.

Perfect condo. Well equipped, ground floor, beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Have stayed at many condos in Phoenix vi and this unit is my new favorite

This condo was perfect for us! The bottom floor directly to the pool was amazing. You do have to take stairs or elevator to get to the bottom floor or you can walk around the sidewalk to access the parking lot. The couch is amazing and beds were comfortable. One of the guest bedrooms was a little warmer than the other two but it worked out good for our party staying. You will have to pay for parking and the parking is a first come first serve. It was not too far to walk. The condo was very clean. The only downside to staying on the bottom floor is what people may throw to the bottom! We did have to make sure to sit back under the balcony because other people spill/ drop things and spit which does not work out well if you aren’t under the balcony. I would definitely stay there again! Eric is a wonderful host!

Beautiful condo

We were traveling with a four month old baby this year along with our 3 year old. The convenience of the condo being on the bottom floor was awesome. The condo was beautiful and all the furniture was nice and comfy. We look forward to trying to book the same one next year!

Nice Time

The property exceeded our expectations! Very clean with all the comforts of home. The added fees for cleaning and parking were more out of line the. I would have anticipated and would look at in the future. Other then this we had a great stay.

Stay at 6013

The condo was perfectly located. Just about 3 min walk to the beach. Unit is directly in front of pool which was nice. Condo was very comfortable, clean, updated and had everything you need for your stay. I would give 5 stars if not for the terrible gnat problem. The property manager addressed it with traps which still did not help. Suggest spraying before next guests. Overall great place to stay. Will book again, but will check about gnats first.
