Welcome to sunny Scottsdale, where comfortable living mixes with Arizona ambiance. Our home is conveniently located just 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale and 4 miles from Tempe Marketplace, offering excellent dining, shopping, and family-friendly activities.
Sink into the relaxing spa as the sun sets over the desert sky after an exciting day of sightseeing. Relax in a spacious atmosphere, where you'll have a fully equipped kitchen, large backyard perfect for your family time, peaceful mornings, or evening gatherings under the stars.

*Large driveway and street parking will fit 6 sedans
ENTERTAINMENT:
*Spa zone with streaming TV & outdoor heater
*5 TVs with free Netflix (allows up to 4 at same time) and WIFI @ 950 mbps
*Game Lounge and fifth bedroom has AC, trundle bed, table tennis and foosball
CONVENIENCE:
*Decaf, caffeinated, and English breakfast available
*washer+dryer w/ detergent
*2 full bathrooms; essential toiletries provided
PATIO AND PRIVATE BACKYARD:
*Pool, seating for firepit & shaded patio dining
*Group games including putt-putt, cornhole, and pool games
*BBQ grill (propane included) for cookouts, including grill set
GROUPS AND VISITORS:
*LOTS of backyard space for large groups
*People staying overnight must be on reservation
Late Check-out:
While we often have back to back reservations due to high demand, we may still be able to accommodate a late
checkout with advance warning (late check out fee may apply)
Early Check-in:
We will try our best to accommodate early check-ins, although our cleaners sometimes need that time to ensure the home is cleaned well and maintained for you (early check in fee may apply)
Security:
For the safety and security of our guests, the home has 2 front facing exterior cameras. There are no cameras inside the home, the backyard, or anywhere else
Decorations:
Please don't use tape, sticky dots, confetti, glitter, or adhesive décor. Freestanding backdrops are fine.
Pool Safety:
Gated and latched in for safety and children in mind. Please keep the gate closed when not in use. There is no lifeguard, children must be supervised at all times
