The property was in a great location inside the resort and also to everything you could need or want locally. A short walk and you are at the resort pool /clubhouse. A short drive and you have a Publix & walmart for your needs. Attractions other than Disney was a not even 10 minute drive. The property was clean and as listed.

Thank you for your feedback. Could you share a bit more about which areas you felt needed more attention? Our cleaning team takes great care to thoroughly clean the floors, carpets, bathrooms, and appliances between every reservation, so we'd appreciate any additional details to help us address your concerns and continue improving.

Everything from check-in to checkout was superb. Host was always available and responded quickly to any inquiries about the pool, heat, barbeque usage, etc. The unit was clean and well stocked with dishes, and the pool was well maintained. It’s a short 5 minute walk to the Clubhouse, which we loved. We were very happy and will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! We’ve been to Storey Lakes many times and enjoyed this particular rental very much. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful when we had minor issues with TV and locking ourselves out of the house by accident. We paid for the pool heated and it was worth it! Overall great stay, thank you!

Best property we have stayed at

This is the best property we have stayed at in the area over the last 15 years. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The property owner was great to deal with and very quick on responses. The location of the Storey Lake complex was very good and it was easy to get to the parks and shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Great Stay

We had a great time during our stay. Alex checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking and responded quickly to our questions. The house was clean and exactly as described. It was only a short walk to the resort pool and we enjoyed the pool at the house too. We will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was well stocked, we had plenty of towels and the full size washer and dryer was perfect. Alex was excellent at communication and the unit was as described. Everything was very clean upon arrival and we are definitely looking forward to returning in the future. The one area for improvement would be the mattresses on both queen size beds. They are very lumpy and not comfortable and seem to be well worn. Also, the palm tree needs trimming since it rubs against the upstairs bedroom window making noises that make it difficult to sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Great Family Spot!

We enjoyed this property so much! The little pool was great and the house was perfect for our family! My handicapped mother was with us and the first floor bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower was perfect for her! The check in and communication was top notch! We did have to grab some extra toilet paper and we washed towels during our stay. The washer and dryer worked great. The area was quiet and safe as well. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean. Alexander was great. The AC has a problem with keeping the upstairs cool which my fellow travelers did complain about. We did have to buy toilet paper and paper towels because you get very little but otherwise we definitely enjoyed our stay.

5* Villa in a perfect location

Excellent villa in great condition, super clean and tidy. Very well equipped with everything a family needs if cooking at home. Small back garden and pool perfect to relax at home, the much bigger swim pool and club complex lovely if you need more space. Location excellent for Disney and Outlet shops, local Walmart and restaurants all good. Local area felt very safe and well looked after. We will use again if visiting Florida
