Homestead Hollow is a rustic cabin built in 1929 that is set on 40 secluded acres surrounded by juniper trees and ponderosa pines. The cabin offers sweeping views of Coloradoâs 14,000-foot peaks, including Mt. Antero, Mt. Princeton, and Mt. Yale. The open-concept studio features a large new deck and a spacious driveway for ATVs. Conveniently located between Buena Vista and Salida, itâs close to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, St. Elmo Ghost Town, and the Colorado Trail. True to its vintage charm, the cabin has no TV or air conditioning, though a fan is provided for comfortâmaking it an ideal retreat for adventure seekers and nature lovers.
