A thirty second walk from main street, this fully remodeled historic Buena Vista home is a private and clean place to relax, connect, and work.
Cozy, clean, and comfortable, this completely renovated house is full of historical details. First built in the 1880s, the front room is the oldest with hand-hewn maple floors, complete with square nail holes. The wood wall in the living room was the exterior of the house in the early 1900s.
Come enjoy a warm fire in the backyard courtyard after a game of corn hole or enjoy a good book by the gas stove after a scenic hike. Soak in the travertine tile shower in the master bathroom or let the kids watch their own movie upstairs in the office- be sure to note the upstairs office can work as a third sleeping space if someone does not mind using a futon with our supplied bedding. Note the office only has access to the house from the outside set of stairs. We rebuilt this space to feel like home away from home, and down to the large dining table, we hope it will host many wonderful shared experiences.

At each step of the renovation, we added energy efficiency and sound proofing to create an interior that is quiet and warm. This is a house full of character with modern efficiencies. We even found a 1942 Colorado License plate on the roof. We love this house and think you will too!
During your stay, the entire house, front yard and back yard courtyard are yours to use. Make it feel comfortable to you!
