Förutom den vackra villa och strandlivsvilla är också centralt beläget till det roliga nattlivet, restauranger, barer, stormarknad och andra butiker. Ändå är villan lugn och tillbaka från vägen och ger lugn njutning för vila och avkoppling.

"Studio" - är en privat ingång på bottenvåningen (1 dubbelsäng + 1 enkelsäng / 1 badrum) i stor villa. Hela studion är luftkonditionerade. Utrymmet är generöst och mycket bekvämt cirka 700 kvadratmeter totalt och högt i tak. Ett komplett specialdesignat badrum med dusch serverar allt utrymme. Studion har sittgrupp både inifrån och ut, TV, larmsystem, trådlöst internet, uppmätt luftkonditionering, mikrovågsugn, BBQ, inversion kokplatta, kylskåp, takfläktar, vattenkylare, brödrost, kaffebryggare, grytor, bestick, tallrikar, koppar, glas etc. Det finns också privata visade utanför verandan med frukostbord, soffa och med vacker utsikt över de tropiska trädgårdarna och poolen. Det finns ett kassaskåp för att lagra värdefulla föremål. Uthyrningen har allt du behöver för din semester. Trädgården runt huset innehåller en täckt lounge / sittande / hängmatta, stolar, paraply, badhanddukar och pool så att alla gäster kan uppleva utsidan av den karibiska ön. För ditt nöje och komfort erbjuder vi spelkort, böcker, familjespel, snorkelutrustning, strandstolar och strandkylare. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår för att göra det enkelt att leva på stranden. Perfekt för ett par eller singel som inte behöver ett komplett kök. Njut av att simma och snorkla det världsberömda kristallvattnet i Turks och Caicos-Grace Bay och The Bight bara några steg bort. Nästa block till Bight National Park där du kan njuta av segling och FAMOUS "FISH FRY" varje torsdag (ett MÅSTE). De flesta vattenturföretag hämtar dig från vår strand, ingen körning behövs.

Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Toilet was not left clean and, therefore, was crawling with ants. For our length of stay (8 nights) we thought the property should have, at the least, offered clean towels mid- stay. Easy walk to the beach. The beach access may pose an issue in the future since the Windsong resort is expanding and there are a series of 6 new Villas planned next to it. Because the beach is fairly narrow there, the space will be extremely tight for anyone not staying on the beach.

Great stay

We rented the Studio for 2 days and we had a great stay at the Tree House. The location is perfect and yet you feel much more private than all the hotels near by. A 5min walk to the beach with a couple restaurant, and a center location to access any area of Provo island by car. Recommended ! Hugo

Ivan and Gina are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to your questions. They were awesome! A short walk to the beach, very relaxing!

Wonderful Place

My sister and I stayed in the ground floor studio and it was perfect! She took the double bed inside the studio and I chose the sofa on the screened in porch as my bed. It's very comfortable to sleep on if you take the back cushions off. There is a twin bed inside the studio as well, but I preferred the fresh air and privacy. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and breakfast out there. We did rent the car from Gena and Ivan and enjoyed our excursions around the island, especially Smith's Reef. The beach is very close to the studio which we walked to every day. We also enjoyed walking to the restaurant/bar Somewhere which is right down the beach. There is the Sandals resort called Beaches which is also in close walking distance. You can be picked up and dropped off there by some of the water excursion companies. We did the 1/2 day conch diving tour where the boat takes you out to dive for conch using their snorkel gear and then the captain takes you to an uninhabited island and makes a conch salad and then dropped us off on the beach at the Windsor Resort which is right where you enter the beach from the your studio. We did use the chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and swimming pool all provided for us. The wifi worked great. Over all I highly recommend staying here and if I ever have the opportunity to go back to T & C I hope this place is available again. Oh yeah.........the Thursday night fish fry was a lot of fun and good food as well as lots of locals selling t-shirts and other really cool souvenirs.

True Relaxation in Turks and Caicos

My boyfriend and I spent a week in the Bight Settlement in January 2020 for New Years. The studio was perfect for a couple and was exactly what we needed when booking our holiday trip last minute, in walking distance of the beach and a handful of restaurants. We enjoy walking, so we spent the week exploring restaurants up and down the beach and went without a car, but it is recommended for families or for exploring the other areas of the island. The studio had snorkeling equipment, towels, a/c, and reliable wifi (not that you necessarily want it on vacation!). Turks and Caicos was by far my favorite destination we have visited in the Caribbean, and we would happily stay again at the Treehouse in Bight Settlement! Thank you Ivan and Gena for being so communicative with us, and apologies for the delay in our review. Happy New Year!

Perfect Stay

This place was amazing. My wife and I stayed for 7 days for our honeymoon. We stayed in the studio apartment which was just perfect for two people. Walking distance to Grace Bay Beach was beautiful. Must rent the rental car if staying. A lot of locals say everything is walking distance but it’s definitely not so highly recommend getting a rental car. Communication with Ivan was easy when we had any questions. Lovely cozy place. I can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing Stay in Paradise!

This place was absolutely fabulous! If you are looking for affordable, relaxing vacation steps away from famous Grace Bay beach - this is your place. We stayed in studio with our 8 year old daughter. It is a big open space with queen bed and one twin bed. Huge screened veranda made this space even bigger. They provide a lot of TV channels with free movies and TV shows - definitely a plus, especially with our daughter on this trip. We did snorkeling right at the beach. Saw turtles, sting rays and many other fishes. Gena and Ivan provided awesome service. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our time here....again!

We are returning guests. Still a great place to stay. We even noticed several upgrades: paved trails, new mini stove on veranda and tons of TV channels and on demand movies and TV shows for free - not that we really needed but we enjoyed watching it before going to bed. We rented a car from Gena and Ivan , as we did the last time - great value comparing to car rental agencies. Looking forward to come back next year!

AC is running great!

Spent a couple of days in Treehouse studio and had an amazing time. I was hesitant at first because of the comments about AC, but I’m glad I did. This studio is very nice and spacious and AC is running first class – you can make a fridge out of this apartment! Everything is great about this house – secluded, yet so close to the beach. Apparently, you can rent the whole house at the same time (3 apartments) for 13-15 people. Next time, I will try to do so by bringing my family and f Rent the car from them – you will be much better off with it and their price is the lowest from my shopping around. This is my second stay in The Treehouse. Last year I was in one bedroom apartment and I would love to come back.

AC inadequate, very hot room

We checked in and the room was very hot. This was a small, ground floor, shaded studio unit. After turning on the AC to max for several hours, it failed to cool the place below 80 degrees. When I contacted the owners, they hesitated but eventually offered to relocate us to the upstairs unit, but by that point it was too late into the night and we were out of energy from sweating so much. It appears nobody had been checking the AC for proper function. Being an engineer I was very familiar with HVAC and cooling, and everybody knows ACs should cool to at least 70 F or they are not properly working. The owners offered us no compensation or refund for our miserable night's stay...it was the last night of our honeymoon and it was awful accommodations.

Great stay so close to the beach!

We loved staying at the treehouse. It was nice to sit out by the pool in the morning. The rest of the day we spent at the beach, which was a short walk away. We really appreciated having a car, so we could travel around a bit. We also slept well in the comfy bed. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you, Jacquie and Dave

A visit in Paradise

We loved staying in this very charming studio. Everything you would need was provided. Well stocked kitchen, grill, beach chairs,comfy bed, adorable screened porch with comfortable sofa, table & chairs. Very short walk to the beach. Lovely pool & outdoor furniture on the premises. We also were close enough to walk (on sidewalks) to the Thursday evening fish fry. Fun! Looking forward to returning to this gem of a location.

Studio suit was Sweet!

Just returned from a great stay at the Tree House Congrats to Ivan and Gena on their first year as new owners We had a great time The instructions were perfect for arrival and getting settled in. Had a few questions which were resolved quickly with an email The room was immaculately clean including all drawers and cupboards and linen Fridge and freezer were great Walk to beach was very close, as advertised. Snorkelers, this is your dream cottage. People come from across the island to this specific beach to snorkel and you are already there. Used BBQ and stove top cookers to offset some other more expensive dinner options. Highly recommend it to couples of all ages. We used the pool area to entertain some friends when it was a little windy out of the north (a rarity say the locals) and had nightly dinners in the screened in area. A/C was used sparingly but cooled room down in minutes when needed. Beautiful gardens surrounding property. Will be back. Al and Michelle

Wonderful Time at the Grace Bay!

Communication with our host Gena and Ivan was outstanding at time of booking, at arrival, as well as a couple hospitality "check-ins" during our stay. Our on-site hostess was great also, offering us advice on island services, sites to see, etc. My husband and I enjoyed the spacious place ourselves and loved it! The property is located off a main road, which makes It nice and quiet, just to 2 minute walk to great snorkeling spot and white sand Grace Bay beach in front of Wind Song hotel (5 stars). I highly recommend that you get a car so that you can enjoy and explore the island. Few good restaurants around that area. Our favorite is “Somewhere Cafe and Lounge” on the beach. The suite is located inside a big house with private entrance, on the ground floor and was perfect for us. We found it was extremely clean, and had all essentials. I was also very happy to find a blowdryer, iron, hangers and a safe. Gena and Ivan promptly and courteously replied to any questions or concerns and the whole experience was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. We cooked several times at home and went in the restaurant on the beach. I'd definitely recommend The Tree House villa and would happily stay there again. We had such a great time and we will come back again to enjoy your paradise!!!

We like people and we like to host different cultures. We are very social and like to host family and friends. It is very rare that we would go to any of our properties alone. Ivan is a Chemical Engineer who plays guitar for Gena from his heart on any occasion. Gena is a Food Science Engineer with big dreams. We are both entrepreneurs and have businesses in the food industry and PP supply. We have raised two beautiful children that like to come to the island with their friends and enjoy water sports. Our kids are ski and snowboard instructors in free and wintertime. We like travelling, skiing, swimming, reading, yoga, meditation, and baking. We ski White Face, Titus Mountain, Lake Tahoe Heavenly, Banff and Lake Luis, Mont Tremblant, etc.. We travelled Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America and many Caribbean islands.
We have always dreamed of owning a vacation/retirement home on a Caribbean Island to warm ourselves up during the cold Canadian winters! Our love for travel and people brought us to Turks and Caicos – an unforgettable island that we knew we needed to be a part of. The white beaches and bright blue waters were so captivating from the very start. We knew we would wish to visit this beautiful place again and again. We finally reached our dream of owning property on this island in 2018 with our “The Tree House”. This villa is for us four, for our family, friends, and you! For all people in this world who want to enjoy, love, dream and relax in the inspiring, warm water of Turks and Caicos. We, along with many of our guests from around the world, have been enjoying and relaxing on our properties ever since. Come and stay with us today! Live the dream!
