"Second Floor Suite" - är en privat ingång andra våningen 1 sovrum / 1 badrum hyra i stora The Tree House Villa. Det finns ett luftkonditionerat sovrum med queen size-säng. Utrymmet är generöst och mycket bekvämt ca 1200 kvm totalt. Ett komplett badrum serverar allt utrymme. Vardagsrummet har plattskärms-TV. Vardagsrum, matsal och kök är öppet utrymme. Villan är fullt utrustad med trådlöst internet, kabel-TV, luftkonditionering (endast 1 sovrum) och ett fullt utrustat kök och linneskåp. Köket är mycket välutrustat med vattenkylare, kylskåp, takfläktar, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, kaffebryggare, kastruller, porslin, tallrikar, koppar, glasögon, etc. Det finns också stor möblerad privat veranda med frukostbord, stol och soffa och med vacker utsikt över tropiska trädgårdar och pool. Om du önskar kan du ta en dusch ute på det privata duschområdet på verandan medan du har utsikt över poolen och trädgården. Mycket populär plats i vår villa:). Det finns ett säkert att lagra värdefulla föremål. Hyran har allt du behöver för din semester. Trädgården runt huset innehåller en täckt vardagsrum / sittande / hängmatta, stolar, paraply, badlakan och pool så att alla gäster kan uppleva det yttre livet på Karibiska ön. För din roligt och komfort, erbjuder vi spelkort, böcker, familjespel, snorklingutrustning, strandstolar och strandkylare. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår för att göra stranden levande enkelt. Perfekt för familj eller vänner av 5. Njut av att simma och snorkla det världsberömda kristallvattnet i Turks och Caicos-Grace Bay och The Bight bara några steg bort. Nästa kvarter till Bight National Park där du kan njuta av segling och FAMOUS "FISH FRY" varje torsdag (ett måste). Det mesta vattentransportföretaget hämtar dig från vår strand, ingen körning behövs.

Tree house

Beautiful area. Very close to beach, snorkeling area, and good restaurants. Many amenities. Full sets of snorkel gear if you don’t want to bring your own. Gena is an amazing host. We rented the car and that worked out perfectly! Very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place and location

We had a lovely time. Gena and Ivan are super attentive- any question we had was answered very quickly. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. The place has everything you need!

Very responsive hosts

We enjoy our 4 night stay at the property which was a short walk from a beautiful beach. The property had a nice pool area with comfortable lounge chairs and a great covered deck to eat breakfast and dinner on as a family. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and there was lots of bracing equipment available for us to use.

The property was spotless, the host was prompt and responsive to questions, and everything was covered accurately online and in the binder on site.The location was minutes from the beach and a 5-15 minute drive from many different beaches around Provo. Excellent location!We will definitely stay with Gena and Ivan again.

Perfect for a relaxed vacation

The house is elegantly decorated and adequately equipped. It is two minutes walk away rfrom the beautiful Grace Bay beach. We borrowed beach chairs and a floating board from the porch. There are plenty shaded area on the beach in the morning, if you don’t want to get sunburned. We snorkeled off the beach and saw many colorful fish. The parking at the house is convenient, as we rented a car at the airport. One needs a car to be able to explore different restaurants on the island. Ivan and Gena are great hosts, always quick to answer questions.

Lovely!!

We stayed for four nights. It was exactly as listed and there were great instructions and directions in the email we got prior to check in. Location was perfect, the pool was lovely. The outdoor shower is a fun touch. Our host was very friendly and asked if we needed anything. Would come back!

Great Experience

Property owners were wonderful and quickly answered any questions we had. The property met or exceeded our expectations. Great centralized location, especially if you rent a car. 5 minutes to Turtle Cove area and 5 minutes to shopping areas of Grace Bay. Right at Coral Gardens area for snorkeling. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful stay!

Gena and Ivan are excellent hosts - very communicative, fast response time and helpful! We only spent the last two nights of our week’s stay in Ana’s suite, but we enjoyed every minute. The apartment is spacious, clean and private with more than enough room for two adults and two kids (preteens). Location is steps from Grace Bay and the various beachfront hotels and restaurants.

Perfect location for snorkeling.

The White Tree house 2nd floor was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 x 10 year old kids. The open living room with deck provides plenty of spacious room to relax and cook. The pool is shared and we got to hang out a bit with the family downstairs which was nice. Owners were on site and Yvan was always willing to help with anything. He even brought us some fresh coconut and papaya from the garden. The best thing about the house is its location by the beach. . A 3 mins walk from the best and most accessible reef you can snorkel to on the island: lots of fish, sea turtles, manta rays and more. We hope we will be back soon.

Great Stay - Highly Recommend

The property itself was lovely. Very clean and in great condition. Location was very proximate to the beach (~2 min walk down Stubbs) and they provided everything needed to bring and spend the full day at the beach. Gena & Ivan were staying on the property at the same time we rented. They could not have been nicer / better hosts. Ivan offered us fresh coconuts and papayas from their trees and we had a great time talking with them. Great insights on where to go to dinner, fun activities, and how to spend time on the island. Highly recommend the Tree House stay.

Fabulous private place

We had a wonderful week at the” Tree House” in the second floor one bedroom unit. It was very spacious with a lovely private veranda and surrounded by beautiful vegetation. While only 2 blocks from the nearest beach, it was private and we felt so at home. Well equipped throughout , A/C was great, we cooked almost all meals in ,and the gas grill right outside our kitchen door was appreciated. Ivan was very prompt and helpful with so much information and answers to any questions. Though there were only my husband and myself there was room for 5 to stay. We will definitely return.

Family Time

We have a family of 5 with three kids and this place has been perfect for us to be together. There is one big room with three comfortable twin beds (one a couch/futon) and then a separate bedroom. The description of the property and amenities is accurate, clean, with snorkel gear, umbrellas, beach towels, laundry and kitchen needs. We were here 6 days so made a couple of trips to the grocery for meals. The reverse osmosis water is great for bringing in a water bottle to the beach or to activities. The activities are available at the beach. The folks at the Windsong Resort are really helpful when it comes to any activities you are interested in doing, and they can arrange for you to do them right there on the beach, or point you in the right direction. The bight reef is nice with many beautiful fish and gives kids a great introduction to diving and the sea. Our lives are so busy at home that it can get difficult to spend quality time together so this is what this vacation was for for us. It's a great gathering place and the beach is closeby. There are also pleasant surprises, like salamanders and attractive flora and fauna. Best, Alice and Mike

Great location and very helpful owners

Arrived late at night and cab driver had trouble finding property. Entrance not well signed at night and street number wasn’t on our instructions. Needs better street signage. Once there we loved the unit, the pool and proximity to the beaches (4 minute walk). Floor and kitchen counter were not cleaned, apparently due to recent renovations. Nice small car available at reasonable rate

Beautiful island..wonderful stay!

One if the best trips ever, and we have traveled the Carribbean extensively. One if the owners, Ivan was on site for a few days and was a wonderful guide and host. We stayed on the second floor which was roomy and perfect for our needs. The home was very close to the beach but offered the privacy we wanted. Beautiful island that matched a wonderful stay! Thank you!!

Tree house 1 bedroom suite

The suite is just as pictured in a great location. Owners are very accommodating and usually respond within an hour. They sent lots of island information and tips before our trip. Don't hesitate to stay here it is comfortable, clean and spacious and just what I expected

Great place to stay for a week!

My wife and I had a wonderful trip while staying at the Tree House. The location was very close to the beach, and the villa was wonderful. We stayed on the second floor suite which had plenty of room for us. The large wrap around balcony was great for eating breakfast in the morning and relaxing with a drink at night. The semi private pool was very nice to have and surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring the island and visiting different beaches.

Perfect Vacation

A tree top paradise in a perfect location!

My husband and I stayed 18 blissful nights in the upstairs 1 bedroom suite of the Treehouse. It was lovely and charming and exactly what we wanted. Ivan and Gena were kind, attentive and efficient hosts who made it their top priority to make sure we enjoyed our stay. As an example, there was a small problem with guests locking the door handle on the laundry room door instead of locking just the keypad. So we were locked out of the laundry room. Gena told us how to get in right away and promised the door handle would be changed the next day so that would never happen again. It was done first thing in the morning! That was impressive! Couldn’t ask for better hosts! They answered messages immediately and were very helpful with any inquiry. The treehouse itself is a beautiful little paradise tucked right behind Reef Residences on Grace Bay. It’s literally a 1/2 block from the beach and some of the best snorkeling we’ve ever enjoyed right there at Corral Gardens. We’ve travelled extensively and Turks and Caicos is our absolute favorite. The suite is open, airy, clean cheerful and comfortable. It gives u the experience of actually living in a tree house as it’s surrounded by the most beautiful flowering trees and vegetation. The pool is so cute and the loungers comfortable and cozy. My husband and I wanted to experience what it was like to live like a local and this was perfect. No large crowds, noisy hallways, and maids knocking on the doors. We experienced peace and tranquility listening to the birds chirping in the morning and the crickets chirping at night. We spent a great deal of time on the patio, playing cards and enjoying the breezes. The outdoor shower was perfect to rinse of the salt water and sand from a fun afternoon on the beach. The beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and snorkeling gear provided by our hosts were so greatly appreciated. As well as the outdoor private grill. We had unlimited access to the washer and dryer and reverse osmosis water. What a bonus that was! No having to go to get drinking water. We also enjoyed renting the optional car they provide at a very reasonable price. We had fun touring the island and exploring the gorgeous beaches! We have never been so sad to say goodbye as we were this holiday. Thank u so much for your hospitality and sharing your little piece of paradise with us Ivan and Gena!

Awesome!

We really had a great time at Ivan and Gena's rental home on the upper floor. The place is about 100 meters in walking distance to Grace Bay beach and is exceptionally quiet. It is off the main road and everything was as it was shown in the pictures. Internet service provided was great too. I think the location is a perfect location for being centered of the island if you want to go other places too. The bathroom and kitchen were definitely up to par of everything in working order. There are other parts of the home on the lower section that are rented out to other people, however, we could not sync up with these other people...just did not work out--vacation is hard work! All questions I had were answered in Ivan and Gena's email and life was really relaxing there. I recommend everyone go to the "Fish Fry" on Thursday's which is walking distance from the home. We liked driving out to Malcolm Beach...but the very last section is very difficult in a small rental car!!! Also, IMO, the best part of Grace Bay beach is further east by the Coral House Villa. Also the best off beach snorkeling is Smith's Reef by Turtle Cove--drive and park at the end of road to the further west just north of the Marina (you will be the marina sea entrance, then walk back easterly 400 meters on the beach until you come to a "for sale property" and two homes that look almost identical in achitectural design. From there swim directly out about 50 feet--there are two coral areas, the second coral area further out is better. Thank you Ivan and Gena all was great!!!

Cozy get-a-way

My husband and I loved the quaintness of this place. We were looking to get away from the resorts and tourist scene. Ivan and Gena's place was exactly what we hoped for. It was nestled in lush vegetation off the main traveled roads yet not far from prime area locations (beautiful beaches, grocery store, restaurants, etc.) We enjoyed the semi-private pool; the ice chest and chairs provided by the property owners were handy for our daily beach outings; beach towels were also provided. The kitchen could have been better stocked however, we made the best of what was available. It was our 20 year anniversary; we weren't there to cook anyway! The owner's were very attentive and messaged us as soon as we arrived and a time or 2 throughout our trip. Very good communication and customer service. To sum it up, we had an amazing trip! Thanks again Ivan & Gena.

We like people and we like to host different cultures. We are very social and like to host family and friends. It is very rare that we would go to any of our properties alone. Ivan is a Chemical Engineer who plays guitar for Gena from his heart on any occasion. Gena is a Food Science Engineer with big dreams. We are both entrepreneurs and have businesses in the food industry and PP supply. We have raised two beautiful children that like to come to the island with their friends and enjoy water sports. Our kids are ski and snowboard instructors in free and wintertime. We like travelling, skiing, swimming, reading, yoga, meditation, and baking. We ski White Face, Titus Mountain, Lake Tahoe Heavenly, Banff and Lake Luis, Mont Tremblant, etc.. We travelled Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America and many Caribbean islands.
We have always dreamed of owning a vacation/retirement home on a Caribbean Island to warm ourselves up during the cold Canadian winters! Our love for travel and people brought us to Turks and Caicos – an unforgettable island that we knew we needed to be a part of. The white beaches and bright blue waters were so captivating from the very start. We knew we would wish to visit this beautiful place again and again. We finally reached our dream of owning property on this island in 2018 with our “The Tree House”. This villa is for us four, for our family, friends, and you! For all people in this world who want to enjoy, love, dream and relax in the inspiring, warm water of Turks and Caicos.
