Welcome to Chalet Blanca, a rustic-luxury mountain chalet nestled among the pines of Ruidoso with breathtaking, direct views of Sierra Blanca Peak. Designed for families and small groups, this four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat blends upscale comfort with timeless mountain character.
The main level features a vaulted, beamed great room with a floor-to-ceiling riverstone fireplace and a custom bar wrapped in matching stone. A gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, gas range, wine fridge, and walk-in pantry opens to the dining area with seating for ten. The primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, sitting area, picture-perfect mountain views. ensuite private bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower/ steam shower and large walk-in closet.
Downstairs, a spacious family room with large sectional, Smart TV, and twin bunk bed (ideal for kids) connects to three guest bedroomsâall with queen beds, closets, ceiling fans, SmartTVsâplus two full baths and laundry room with full size washer, dryer, sink and prep counter.
Outdoor living shines with two scenic decks with Sierra Blanca views! The covered upper deck features a propane grill, beverage cooler, and dining for four, while the lower covered deck offers a chat set and a brand-new hot tub!
Additional comforts include central heat and A/C upstairs, heat and ceiling fans downstairs, Smart TVs in every bedroom and both living areas, and parking for up to four vehicles on the level paved driveway.
Located just minutes from Midtownâs boutiques and restaurants, Grindstone Lake Recreation Area, Ruidoso Downs Racetrack & Casino, Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort, Moon Mountain Recreation, and Ski Apache, Chalet Blanca is perfectly positioned for relaxation or adventure.
Every stay is professionally managed by Prestige Vacays, where elevated design meets meticulous hospitality. Each reservation includes Safely damage protection coverage and a professional 24-hour clean buffer between guests for peace of mind.
Guests must bag and dispose of all trash at nearby beige public dumpsters and secure bear latches.
No pets, parties, or events permitted.
