Great Stay

We enjoyed staying at Rob’s property for two weeks. He a great host! Made us feel really welcome at his place and responded quickly every time we texted him. The property is located close to a large heated swimming pool that we used a lot as the weather was great. The beds were very comfortable so we could rest very well at night. Would highly recommend this place.

Palm Dessert

We loved staying at the second floor condo. The pool was very quiet and quite often we enjoyed it by ourselves. Hot tub was an added bonus for relaxing in the evening.Rob, the property owner, answered all our questions very quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with him.We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Property was great, did not know at the time of booking it is a duplex and the unit is on the top. Easy to get around. Only had a couple of issues to deal with. The first was checking in at the secured guard station. We were not registered so we had to wait about 15 minutes to let us in. Inconvenient, but not the end of the world. The other were the people below us that played their tv/music so loud I had to tell them a couple of times to turn the volume down. They were younger and oblivious to anyone else around them. Overall the unit was fantastic and had everything you need to have a enjoyable vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality., Dave and Debbie.

Palm Desert getaway

This is a lovely spacious condo in a very desirable area with a pool close by. Robert was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly helping to resolve any concerns we had.

Perfect for our 3 week stay

A great location with an awesome view of the pool on the back deck and another great view of the mountains and a peek a boo look of the 8th fairway from the smaller front porch. Perfect condo for one or two couples. Location was perfect for getting anywhere from hiking, biking and golfing. Great restaurants all very close as well as grocery store.The grounds were immaculate in the complex.

Great place.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and always lovely. The home is very clean and the location is great. I love the deck that looks over the pool. The host is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, loved using the blender to make drinks. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

A perfect desert oasis

This property is quiet, secure and very well maintained. We were easily able to check in using the instructions sent to us in a message about a week before we arrived. We were pleased to find a INCREDIBLY thorough binder with so much information on things to do in the area, broken down by activity, type of food, etc. The unit was stocked with everything we could have used for cooking in the unit every night, but we wanted to explore. The bed was very cozy, and the view off the patio to the pool below and mountains in the distance was great. We only used the TV once, but there were loads of board games and puzzles under the bar. Would be great for a group or a couple just looking to unplug and relax.

Wonderful Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed and furniture was so comfy. The extras that the owner supplied made our trip that much better. We really enjoyed the bikes and the pool chairs. Desert falls was a beautiful and well maintained. Will definitely be back.

Family meet up in the sunshine

Property was perfect - we had a great time and had everything we needed. The condo was very large, bedrooms and master bath were gigantic! It was perfect for family getting together to get out of the snow. We had everything we needed to cook, more than needed actually. Very comfortable beds (and I'm a bed snob that travels with a mattress topper -not needed here!). Excellent communication with owner, would most definately rent here again - just all around great!

Lovely Condo

My husband and I spent 10 days in this condo at the Desert Falls Country Club. The condo is lovely and well stocked with everything that we needed. It is a short distance to the pool which is awesome. The owners were very easy to deal with. We will stay here again.

Wonderful November holiday

Joanne and myself thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rob's Desert Falls condo. The condo is situated in a nice quiet section of the Desert Falls community with access off of Frank Sinatra. The condo is cozy with a nice view of the large pool. Bikes come with the unit. Rob was quick to respond to any of our questions or needs. Desert Falls is centrally located in the Coachella Valley allowing for short drives to El Paseo, La Quinta, Palm Springs and other areas of interest. I would recommend Rob's condo as a nice place to stay for your Palm Desert vacation. We hope to be back again next year Michael and Joanne

Canadian getaway

Property is a good location and close to the largest pool in the complex.Furniture and beds were comfortable. The owner put the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom together for our company. Unit is on the second floor so you need to be able to navigate stairs. Liked the Netflix channel. Friendly people were at the pool. More umbrellas at the pool would of been nice. Complex is close to amenities. Overall we enjoyed our time there and met our expectations. We would rent again.

Bright and sunny

Unit was sunny and comfortable. Some updates are needed-new dishwasher and replacement of toilet in the second bathroom. Unit also needs to be painted. The fake greenery is a dust collector.

Great Location!

We loved our stay here. The views were wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The living room and dining area was a great size for 4 adults and 2 children, aged 7 and 5 months. There were puzzles and games in the bar area cupboard which the 7 year old enjoyed. The Master bedroom bath/shower showed its age but the owner said he'll be having it replaced after the season with an individual shower. We had an issue with a couple of things but the owner was very responsive. The pictures show 2 couches and a heater on the deck. These have been replaced with a table with an umbrella and 4 chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location and community!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Condo overlooks an amazing pool, perfect for swimming laps. Athletic facilities, pickle-ball and tennis are just minutes away. Really appreciated and enjoyed the bikes that were supplied by the owner. Owner is very responsive. Thanks Robert.

Desert Falls Country Club is located in the center of Coachella Valley within easy driving distance to downtown Palm Springs, as well as Indian Wells, La Quinta, Coachella Preserve and more. DFCC has multiple pools, Owner` has bicycles available for guests.
