Adorable place to stay

This was a great place in a super location. We walked 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Close to ice cream places, restaurants, etc. We got lost getting there and I text the owner and got an immediate response on how to find it. Very nice and kind owners.

2 weeks on Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We rented both sides of the duplex and we comfortably fit 12 adults. The property has everything u need from kitchen utensils to gas grill. The location is amazing with being able to walk to the beach. Also very close to restaurants and shops. We would love to stay there again.

Nice house, great location

The house was everything we expected. All the basics were provided. The owner was easy to communicate with and really made me feel like he wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The location is great! You have many beach choices as well as stores and restaurants within a 5-7 minute drive.

Beds!

We had so much fun, the house location is awesome, it is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The only issue we had, the Bed mattresses were awful, when you are on vacation, you are doing lots of activities, you need to come back home to rest, specially, when you go to bed. Need to change the mattress. But everything else was awesome!!!! Thank you to our hosts.

Great beaches

My family had a lovely getaway in West Dennis. John and Sandy have set this property up very thoughtfully, and take quite good care of it. We really enjoyed the patio and gas grill. The outdoor shower is so perfect for after beach rinses. We are already planning our getaway for next summer.

Great stay in a good neighborhood!

My friends and I stayed here for the week. It was a bit expensive but it seemed like that’s the going rate in early August. Everything was provided, except bath towels, which I texted the owner and he brought them over within 30, minutes (as they forgot to lay them out for us). Very good communication, clean and well stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great week!

Nice location

Can walk to beach. We were able to bike to beach and enjoy the area. 20 min. either way brought us to some nice destinations for shopping, eating and other beaches.

Great rental!

The rental was great! Met all of our basic needs. Loved the proximity to the beach and various restaurants. My husband and daughter loved the back yard for frisbee and kite flying. Would definitely stay again!

Great time in July

We got a great week to be at the Cape! Earlier weeks in July were mostly rain but our week was hot! This was our first year at this property and it won't be our last. Location for us was absolutely key for what we wanted to do over the week. The outdoor shower is KEY when you are down here! I was pleasantly surprised that the shower had hot water too (I had stayed at another place before and outside was cold only). For us the 3 bedrooms also helped tremendously during the week with our kids coming down on different days. Looking forward to next year!

Beautiful stay!!!

My husband, my 17 year old son & I stayed at this property. We had an amazing vacation. We loved that the property was walking distance to South Village beach. The property was spacious & had a nice area in back to BBQ & a fire pit for s’mores. It also had a clothes line to hang up beach towels. We fell in love with Dennis and will definitely use this property again!!!

Underwhelmed

No washer , dryer as listed. Very minimal linens. No dish towel, pot holders, paper towels. No mop, so unable to clean floors at check out. No directions for trash removal. Welcoming brouchere said to enjoy snacks in refrigerator (which wasn’t expected) but there were none. Location is what I expected and the house was clean.

Lovely

The place was immaculate. The owner replaced a table too in time for our stay -replacement needed because of a tornado the day before. We had no inconvenience whatsoever. The house was charming and very comfortable.

Great location for a busy couple of days

The house was perfect for two couples sharing the space. It was centrally located for our 3 day stay including visits to the outer Cape and Ptown and Martha's Vineyard. If staying here we highly recommend the Red Cottage Restaurant for breakfast and the Impudent Oyster in Chathan.

Great for a walk-able beach house

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend in 2018. The house had plenty of space for our 6 guests and a nice backyard area with a table, grill, and fire pit. Just a short walk to South Village beach and plenty of dining/shopping options within a 15 minute drive. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is a small plumbing leak under the kitchen sink where the owners placed a plastic bin to catch the drip. This would not have been a problem had we been aware of the issue. However, this bin overfilled with water and one morning we woke up to a find a puddle of water in the kitchen. That being said, I would definitely recommend this property and/or stay here again in the future.
