Phoenix West är ett av de mest lyxiga lägenheterna på viken! Du kan njuta av en spektakulär utsikt över viken från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet och varje sovrum. Med över 2 600 kvm är enheten mycket rymlig och nyinredda.

Enheten är professionell dekorerad med apparater i rostfritt stål i full storlek, skräddarsydda skåp, bänkskivor i granit, våt bar med ismaskin, 70-tums HDTV-TV i vardagsrum med 50-tums platt-TV i sovrummen, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Alla fyra sovrum har King size-sängar !!! Det finns också två bäddsoffor i vardagsrummet och två dubbla extrasängar om du behöver mer plats för att sova totalt 14. Vi har också en 3br enhet på samma våning om du behöver en annan lägenhet.

Det finns en lat flod, vattenrutschbana, utomhuspool med en inhägnad kiddy pool, uppvärmd simbassäng i dörren, två Jacuzzis, modernt fitnesscenter, 4 bastur och tennisbanor på taket.

Det finns en 25 år gammal åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Parkering: Du måste köpa dina parkeringspass vid ankomst, de är en engångsavgift på $ 35 per fordon. Varje 4br-enhet du hyr på Phoenix West garanterar att du kan köpa upp till tre parkeringspass, receptionen kommer att sälja dig ytterligare pass baserat på beläggningen på komplexet under din vistelse men förvänta dig inte att kunna köpa ett extra pass under sommarsäsong.

Fall Break Trip

This place has everything our group needed from ages 5 months to 55. Plenty of sleeping arrangements ,large kitchen, dining and living room. Recliners were a huge plus! Even the pull out coaches were comfortable. The views were absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely book this unit again!

FAMILY VACATION 2025

Over all the experience was Wonderful. We were excited that the Lazy River maintenance was completed prior to our arrival. The condo was spacious, beds were comfortable and the gounds were beautiful and clean. The floors in the condo were very dirty causing our feet to be black! There was a mop, but no bucket. The vacuum cleaner needs replacement and no broom or dust pan. I purchase a broom and steam cleaner because I didn't want my grandchildren playing on a filthy floor. My husband noticed the fire extinguisher read empty. He notified the front desk but it had not been replaced prior to our leaving. Also the filter on the ice maker needed serving. I realize these condos get a lot of use, but the rent was not cheap, just shy of 6000. A little attention the things I mentioned would make all your renters happier.

This property was beautiful, roomy & almost perfect. There were a couple of hiccups but one of my sons was able to repair one issue w/one of the toilets the first day. The owners need to add more coffee cups ( there were only 5 and our group of coffee lovers numbered 13) but overall it was great. Lots of good new memories made.

Beach Stay

The condo was big and layed out very well, the only issue we had was it was very dirty, after 2 hours the kids feet was black with dirt, took pictures and sent to property manager on Sunday got a response on Monday with sorry about it being cleaned do you want me to send crew back to clean, this should not have been asked and I did not respond, The pool and staff was great and helpful. Just not very clean.

Awesome get away!

Beautifully decorated. Plenty of comfortable furniture. Huge corner balcony. Small things need addressing, but nothing that would spoil our stay… light was out in laundry room, broken broom so we couldn’t sweep, paint peeling on kitchen drawers and toaster control knobs broken off. I’m sure the toaster, light bulbs and broom would’ve been addressed if we had called, but like I mentioned earlier, those were small things that wasn’t going to impact our stay that much. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again without hesitation.

Perfect for family trip

We were very happy with everything about this condo. The layout is wonderful for adult couples to share the space. The kitchen is nicely appointed - if you are someone that cooks a lot, you may want to bring a few nicer pans but the ones that were there were sufficient for the basics. The furniture throughout was very nice especially the patio furniture on the huge balcony overlooking the beach. Watching the sunrise from the balcony or while laying in bed was a great way to start the day! The only complaint I had has nothing to do with the unit - there were no sidewalks on the Main Street in Orange Beach which made it difficult to go places without getting in the car. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Great vacation could use some TLC

The room itself was spacious with attractive furnishings. The location was excellent as were the complexes facilities. The beach was outstanding and clean. The main problem was the interior care of the condo. The floor was filthy upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets had no baseboards (weird) and underneath them was so much junk and filth including a rotten apple which was not ours along with a dirty pair of underwear not ours either. The refrigerator had cracked shelves and leaked all over the floor. There was only ONE dishcloth and no storage bowls for leftover food. All in all it was a great room but someone needs to follow up on the cleaning crew.

The three swivel-rocking-recliners were a hit. For the most part, it was super. There were a couple issues when we arrived, but Charlotte took care of them quickly. And the door code changed and she also corrected that fairly quickly. Two things to pass on to Charlotte, the microwave needs the roller-ring that's missing and the queen size bed we slept in was made up with king size sheets. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
