Homer adventure

Great home base for adventures in Homer. Close to spit but far enough away for sanctuary and relaxation. Black out shades a great addition for long summer days to help kids with sleep routine. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic stay in some fantastic weather with fantastic views in this lovely home right in the heart of Homer. Appreciated having a crib and highchair on site for the 1 year old with us - everything in the home was lovely and it perfectly met our needs for a family reunion.

Family fishing escape

My family of 4, my sisters family of 4 and our parents stayed here. 3 generations of family stayed there for 2 nights. We had a great time. Definitely a chance to unplug from technology, relax, and enjoy family time. We even saw a moose across the street with twin babies.

We took our Boy Scout troop to Alaska and this property was absolutely perfect. Lots of space for sleeping but we spent the most time in the kitchen, dining and living room area where we could all be together for cooking, visiting, laughing and playing games. The deck was a fave too for getting fishing rods ready, grilling and the amazingly beautiful views. Unreal!! The location was great and was in a nice neighborhood. We even got to see cranes and a moose right outside our window! We will never forget this trip.

A perfect cabin in a great place

The property is amazing, spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The owners were very helpful, responsive and kind. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Homer Vacation

Homer delight

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and well equipped property. Wonderful scenic setting and views overlooking Kachemak Bay. Great communications and easy processes with owners. Would stay here again and again.

Bucket list fishing trip

The property was as advertised. Beautiful view, plenty of beds for 6 adult men and 15 minutes from the Homer Spit. My crew couldn't say enough about the place when we checked in. Definitely would recommend it to family and friends.

Perfect Homer Home

This place was a dream for our family of 7! The view cannot be beat! The Sandhill crane family with their babies right outside of our window was just the best! We will for sure be back to visit again!

Incredible views, comfortable beds, fantastic kitchen/dining

Perfect spot for 6 friends to stay. Everyone had their own bed, lots of space to spread out. Host was super friendly and communicated very clearly. Will stay here again!

We loved staying at this home. It was very comfortable for 2 families and the view was absolutely beautiful. It is clear the owners care about their home and making their guests comfortable.

Doug and Gloria Stuart är värd

Gloria and I came to Homer in 1981 from Long Island New York. Our first three children were born there and our two adopted kids were born in Alaska and came to be ours in their infancy. We have had a busy 32 years of raising children, Doug working on the North Slope for ARCO Alaska, commercial fishing and more recently working for the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge as a Naturalist on the State ferry Tustumena traveling from Homer to Dutch Harbor over 120 times. We've built a smaller home out of town to be near our children and grand children. We have loved our 'town house' and have wonderful memories of our years spent here. It's a very comfortable home from which to enjoy and 'take in' all that Homer, Alaska has to offer. Varför värden valde detta boende

As soon as we stepped through the door with our realtor, we immediatly fell in love with 292 Mountain View Drive. It was huge compared to our homestead trailer out of town. It had bedrooms for all and a view that has awed us for 27 years besides having three levels so that children and adults can gather together or separate for entertaining. The benifits of living close to but not next to all the amenities a large, growing family needs was wonderful. Gloria and I feel that not only your needs but all your vacation wishes will be met here also.
