Beautiful views

The views from this condo are beautiful. We saw a few bears from the deck and in the parking lot. The interior has comfortable beds and an updated feel. The location is nice for getting to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Laundry facilities are in a common area and the front desk is not always open so bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry. The condo easily allows noise from neighbors above and to the side of you in. We only had trouble with this two times though.

Property is so peaceful, condos is comfortable and clean, views are awesome! First drive up the mountain is a little scary but thats part of staying in the mountains and all worth it for the best views around!

Great location

My sister-in-law and I stayed here for easy access to Gatlinburg, but far enough away for a little quiet and beautiful view. This kind was perfect for the two of us! Very clean and beautifully decorated.

We had a great stay at this property. It is located at the top of the mountain, looking down on Gatlinburg and Ober Mountain Ski Resort. With a great view does come with narrow, winding mountain roads.The place was very clean, check in was seemless, and parking was plentiful.

Great views

Great views of the Smokey Mountains, with Ober Mountain right off to the sideview. Nice and clean. We loved watching the sunrise over the mountain in the morning. The little space by the Window was so cute!! A little smaller than expected. Owners ask not to move furniture, but the closet in the double room is barely accessible. Missing the little touches to make it homey.

Anniversary getaway

The condo is tiny but sweet. Professionally decorated and that was important to me to enjoy my getaway it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the working fireplace very much, you need to bring your own wood. If we had our own private hot tub it would have been perfect. It’s as sweet little place to stay.

Great stay!!

Spent 2 night there for a family vacation, with 2 kids. It was so cozy and cute! Everything was spotless, when we walked in which was so nice. Will definitely book this exact condo in the future. Beautiful view and a lot of bears to see! The condos pools were nice, but the condo was the best.

It was a very beautiful place and had 2 very nice bed rooms and a nice living room with kitchen table and very functional kitchen. The only thing was the drive up was a little hairy because windy twisty roads with no shoulders.

This is a great condo for a small family vacation for about 4 people. Great location and only about 10 minutes away from Gatlinburg. This room is newly renovated and is very nice!

It’s absolutely beautiful, so many bears they even got in the pool lol. The views are amazing and the roads to get there are definitely one for the books. There was great tenants with lots of kids for the younger ones.

After visiting Gatlinburg often from Coastal North Carolina, I decided that the summit was one of the best locations in town. The views, privacy and close proximity to Downtown, the national park and the ski resort was the reason I decided on the Summit.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

The Summit has some of the best views in the Gatlinburg area. The unit offers amazing views of downtown Gatlinburg, Mt. LeConte and the Ski Resort. The Summit is a peaceful complex to rest and relax after spending the day in Pigeon Forge or downtown Gatlinburg. The Clubhouse has an indoor heated pool and two hot tubs and a game room. Outside is a seasonal pool. Also located in the office is a coin laundry room.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The amazing Mountain views, and updated condition that the condo is in is what made us fall in love with this condo. Condo offers wood burning fireplace with all the wood you would like. Firewood is available for purchase from the Office.
