Rincon Villas Stay

We were impressed with our unit at Rincon Bay Villas. It was clean and comfortable. The location worked well for us as it was close to Black Eagle Beach and a couple of bar and grills. It was also close enough for us to walk to the plaza for the Art Walk. Steps Beach was also a short 2 minute drive away. We would stay here again!

Perfect place

Place was spotless and equip with all necessities. Minute walking to the beautiful beach and close to all the restaurants and stores We were there for a month and we would most definitely go again.

Location location location

Excellent location for easy walk to the beach (my favorite swimming beach) and access to lovely walks on trails ... the location is quiet and because it is a gated community, it felt very safe and secure.

Perfect little home in great location!

The location of the home is great - close to the beach and restaurants. The home was clean and perfect for a family of four. David was quick to respond to our questions. Definitely will come again!

Weekend at Rincon Friday through Monday

This is a very clean unit with many amenities such as washer/dryer in the unit. It is at walking distance to the marina/beach area (good for snorkeling/relaxing) and many places to eat. It is a great location to see the sunset. La plaza de Rincon has very good places to eat too. I will recommend this place for a family of three.

Like paradise

This small villa is in a great location-2 minute walk to bathing beach. The property is well maintained with a nice pool & common area. The other guests were friendly & considerate. The place has many convenient amenities.

Incredible recovery by Leanne made for a great trip!

The property is in a great location, while a small issue wouldn't allow us to stay, the quick reaction by Leanne had us in another home just up the street and the experience couldn't have been better. Highly recommend renting with her and feeling confident you'll get a great experience and service.

Perfect vacation spot!

This house is exactly as described. Very spacious for my son and me, everything we needed was there. Very clean and tastefully furnished. Close to wonderful beaches and several good places to eat, including Shipwreck. Great local shops and taco stand. We had a perfect time!

Clean well appointed Casita

This casita was all that it advertised. Spotlessly clean, steps from a beautiful beach with beach bars and restaurants in walking distance. My wife and i stayed 7 nights with two young children and all of us had a fantastic time. I would recommend this house for a family of four or a couple. Our experience left us with lasting memories of Rincon.
