Our spacious 3-bedroom condo is just a short walk or a free shuttle ride from Hallandale Beach, making it the perfect spot for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy resort-style amenities, a bright and comfortable living space, and everything you need for a stress-free stay. Whether you`re relaxing by the pool, exploring local attractions, or unwinding on the balcony after a beach day, this is your home away from home.
Inside the condo, enjoy a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and TV, plus a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances perfect for preparing meals. Gather in the inviting dining area or retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms: a master with a king bed, a guest room with two full beds, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. Step onto one of the private balconies to enjoy tranquil views and recharge after a day of sun and adventure.
Guests have access to all common areas, including:
- Beach Service: 2 complimentary chairs, 1 umbrella and up to 4 beach towels are provided by Etaru Beach Club. Free shuttle runs every 30 minutes

To maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, the following are prohibited:
- Personal coolers
- Outside food
- Food delivery services (Uber Eats, etc.)
- BBQs or grills
đ Beach Etiquette
To ensure comfort and fairness for all guests, please keep the following in mind:
- One guest per chair (Children under 12 may share a chair with an adult.)
- No sitting or placing items between chairs
- No reserving chairs â they are first come, first served
- No smoking in the chair area
- Assigned chairs only
- Towels must remain on the beach and be returned at the end of the day
- Personal beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) is not permitted on Heed Beach
Minimum age to check in is 21 years old. A valid physical government ID is required at the Front Desk upon check-in.
Please note that this is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking of herbs, tobacco, e-cigarettes/vaping etc. is prohibited. Service animals are allowed on the property when proper documentation is presented upon request.
