Vår lägenhet ligger på den södra änden av Tybee så nära till stranden som du kan köra hem för badrum raster. Stranden är rätt för dig att njuta bygga sandslott, simning, bodysurfing, sola och avkopplande. Om det är för varmt eller blåsigt på stranden, sitta på verandan och njuta av havsutsikten, också bra om du får solbränd från sitter alltför länge. Vyn från däck gör det svårt att lämna, men inuti vi har ett snyggt inredda 2 sovrum 2 badrum lägenhet för dig att njuta. Du kan alltid beställa ta ut från de restauranger som är så stänger du bara måste gå att plocka upp beställningen.
Vår lägenhet ligger på Strand nära till restauranger och barer i tillägg till stranden. Fannys på stranden ligger intill, de har coverband på helgerna i säsong. Det finns restauranger och barer på Strand och runt hörnet på Tybrisa. När du anländer och parkera bilen, det finns ingen anledning att komma tillbaka i det tills du är redo att lämna ön. Du kan gå eller cykla överallt!

The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect. We loved walking across the street and being at the beach. The restaurant next door (Fannie's) was so good. They made the best shrimp tacos. The Sundae Cafe was a nice treat too. The hosts were great and meet us upon our arrival. We had an amazing stay.

Paul and Mary were wonderful hosts at their beachfront condo in Tybee Island. Paul welcomed us upon arrival and was extremely friendly, taking time to walk us through the condo and share helpful tips about the island. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and offered beautiful beach views that made our stay even more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and the perfect location made for a truly memorable visit.

Great location. Walking distance from the “downtown area” as well as the beach! Paul and Mary provided much of what we needed during stay from coffee, cooking essentials, and beach needs and were great to communicate with.

This property is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous view of the beach on the balcony, and also just sitting on the couch looking out-incredible! The location is right near the pier and Tybee shopping. The owners are super nice and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break on Tybee

We had a wonderful spring break on Tybee! The condo was perfect for our family…beautiful views, close to the beach and was stocked anything and everything we could have possibly needed on our trip! Excellent communication, would definitely recommend!

Amazing Condo

This condo is everything we hoped for and more. Convenient access to shopping and dining, and you can't get any closer to the beach. The condo includes private covered parking and is close enough to walk most of the town. The owners were incredibly kind and only a quick text away if needed.

Perfect location

We visited Tybee for the Critz Tybee Run festival and wanted to stay near the start line. It was the perfect location for the race! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Mary was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Beach Front Property

We were very pleased with this property and owners. Paul and Mary greeted us at the condo as we arrived. They gave us great ideas of places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean waves and watching the sun rise from our balcony. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We will definitely rent there again on any future trips to Tybee Island.

Wonderful Time

Our week on Tybee Island was wonderful. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were on the third foolr overlooking the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we might need to make our stay stress free. Paul and Mary, the managers were awesome.

Another amazing week!!

This was our second time staying here and we cannot wait to come back! Unfortunately it will be a couple of years at least :( I will recommend this place to anyone who asks. The owners are so welcoming and helpful, the condo is a wonderful location close to the beach and many food places on the south end. I never give perfect reviews because none of us are perfect but if this place wasn't "perfect", why would we want to come back?! Thank you for another fantastic Tybee week!!

We bought this condo because of its great location so close to the beach at the South End of Tybee. We live on Tybee full time and wanted an extra place just for rentals, and overflow when our family visits! We have many wonderful summer memories spent at the beach and want to provide a place for you to make your own memories. Tybee is a special place and we want to share it with you.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We like the South end of Tybee because it is close to the beach, Back River, and you can walk/bike where ever you want to go. You are so close to the beach that it is easy to run home for bathroom breaks. Or if it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view. This condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands during the summer on the weekends. There are restaurants and bars on the strand and around the corner on Tybrisa.
This is our second condo in the area, around the corner on 17th Street, we have '101 Steps to the Beach, Sun, Sand, and Body Surfing Waves.' We purchased that condo in 2010 and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of the guests that have chosen to stay with us. We provide the same type of Tybee experience for you, only this new condo has a better view and is closer to the Tybee nightlife! Tybee Island is a wonderful place to sit on the beach, swim in the ocean, build sandcastles, bike, walk on the beach, kayak to uninhabited islands, fish, bird watch and unwind on Tybee time. We set the condo up as a place we would want to stay and are proud to have our family and friends vacation in it. We hope you enjoy staying there, too!
