Casa Tajin är bekvämt beläget i det exklusiva Club Campestre gated community på Nicklaus golfbana. Från den stora balkongen och sovrummet har du en fantastisk utsikt över havet av Cortez och San Jose. Bekvämt mot centrum, lokala stränder, surfbrott, livsmedelsbutiker och restauranger med bra betyg. Stadshuset är välutrustat och underhållet för att försäkra att varje gäst har en bekväm och avkopplande vistelse.

Boendet är av hög kvalitet konstruktion som byggdes 2010, tillbaka från brus i världen medan de fortfarande är mycket nära och tillgängliga att utforska. Komfort, kvalitet och bekvämligheter mycket. Du kommer att bosätta dig i det ögonblick du anländer. Som ett "hem" kommer du förmodligen att hitta de flesta behov och önskemål och kanske några saker du inte ens visste att du skulle njuta av att ha!
Både inomhus- och utomhusutrymmen erbjuder lugn komfort tillsammans med förmågan att njuta av det som om du äger det!
Du hittar hemmet välfyllda med föremål av behov. Schampo, pappershanddukar, badlakan, internet, iskista, telefon, tvättmedel, för att bara nämna några.

Gemensamma poolområdet är ett perfekt ställe att börja utforska. Du kanske tycker att grillplatsen vid poolen är en fin förändring från den privata BBQ på din balkong. Simma medan du lagar mat och njuter av middagen vid borden eller vid utomhuseldstaden. Poolen värms upp under vintermånaderna och ombyggdes i april 2018. Gymmet på plats är välutrustat och tillgängligt för din användning. Campestre golfbana är lättillgänglig.

Insuite-telefonen tillhandahåller gratis service för lokala samtal och USA. Medan vi inte bor på heltid i San Jose del Cabo, har vi en samling kontakter, underbara grannar och en tvåspråkig fastighetsförvaltare.

Loved our stay.

SJdC Getaway

We had an excellent time at this property. Photos and descriptions were accurate, and the host was very helpful with detailed apartment information and guidelines. We made excellent use of the patio and grill with the lovely ocean view in front of us. Good central location yet quiet and secure.

A True Gem

There just aren't enough words to describe Jodi’s place. To start, just put the word spectacular in front of these….view, location, accommodation. In your checking on this gem as a possible candidate for your stay in SJDC, your search stops here. Look no further. In Jodi’s writing, About this property, Why they chose this property and What makes this property unique, Casa Tajin truly is all that, and more! Communication…..check! Cleanliness…..check! (A big shout out to Jodi’s House Cleaner “Specialist”). Where Jodi does make mention of car is recommended for transportation to and from this property, we would agree. But we didn’t need one. We took an airport taxi when we arrived, and an Uber upon return. In the 13 glorious days there, we only needed a taxi once, when we walked to Chedraui (grocery store) but needed taxi to get all our groceries back. Everywhere else we walked. We walked pretty much the entire golf community, to the Clubhouse for lunch one day, to Chedraui numerous times, to the Plaza Peninsula (District MX, Pan Springs restaurant for breakfast, Starbucks), to the beach, and our most adventurous trek being to Historic Downtown San Jose, where the Art Walk happens. We are in our mid- late 60’s, love to walk, so it was right up our alley. This was our first visit to SJDC, we can’t wait to return, and would 100% book here again.

San Jose condo review

Beautiful property with fabulous vice an and golf course views. The host Jodi was super attentive and made sure check in was seem less. Well equipped kitchen, great linens and comfortable beds. Close to fantastic beaches, great restaurants and historic San Jose Cabo!

Peaceful Home Away From Home

The condo was well equipped, clean, and had beautiful views. The beds were comfortable, the grounds well maintained, and security on the property was around the clock. We enjoyed our morning walks and my husband was obsessed with watching the golfers tee off from the balcony view. Jodi and Berry were easily assessable too. We would definitely stay at Casa Tajin again.

Truly a home away from home.

Relaxing, safe and comfortable

Thank you for the wonderful stay at Casa Tajin. The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our family of 5. From the morning sunrises, to action on the golf course below, we loved relaxing on the spacious balcony. The unit itself was very spacious and contained all the amenities we needed during our stay. From the Washer/Dryer in the unit, to the private BBQ on the patio, the amenities at Casa Tajin made you feel right at home. The community itself was also fantastic, parking was easy to come by, the grounds were always in pristine condition, and the pool just a short walk away. The pool area was very quiet and relaxing , and the pool itself heated, however I would use that term loosely. During the winter months, the pool is only heated for a short period of time between 12-1:30, making the pool a bit too cold for swimming outside of this timeframe. Additionally, Casa Tajin is in a great location, only a short drive to the beach, downtown San Jose, and many great dining establishments. The grocery store was also extremely close, and convenient to pick up a few items on our way back to the unit. Overall, our stay was very memorable, with all the local activities to partake in, and how safe the community felt, we would definitely keep Casa Tajin on our list of places to stay again.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Baja peninsula for more than 30 years. Among all the destinations in the world I have traveled, this is the place that I most want to return to. While many things have changed and modernized, the people, the food, the climate and lifestyle here is so relaxing and heartwarming, I had to plant some roots here and carefully selected my home and its location. The views of the ocean without the noise of the beach highway, the contrast with the lush green golf course and the security of a well maintained gated community ideally located close to everything made my choice to own Casa Tajin one I have thoroughly enjoyed. I hope if you come for a visit you will enjoy my home as much as I do.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Have I mentioned the view from the porch? My family, friends and guests agree that quality time relaxing on the porch is where we spend the most time. The morning sunrise, the sighting of whales in the distance on the ocean, the golfers teeing off below, almost guaranteed afternoon breezes to the nightime fireworks we can see from the Palmilla, my oversized porch is the place to get in to Baja mode. Set back from the busy beachfront highway with its traffic and noise, we find the peace and quiet something we treasure up here on the golf course.
