Rochambeau House is conveniently located just 7 min away from Downtown Bethesda, walking distance to NIH and 1 minute away from an I-495 ramp. The closest metro station is a 25 min walk. Perfect home for your long or short stay in the DC area.
This tastefully furnished space emanates natural light and offers a massive mostly-fenced backyard with lovely green views. Please scroll through all photos for a complete feel of the home :)
YOUR PROPERTY:
This space has been recently tastefully furnished and updated! The home receives plenty of sunlight through its countless windows, both upstairs and downstairs. The paint is fresh, the kitchen was recently touched up, and the bathrooms were updated in late 2022.
This home is perfect for groups! Be it a family, a group of professionals, co-workers, or any group seeking a long-term or short term stay in the DC area.
GET ACCESS:
The entire house consists of three floors. You will only have access to the main and top floors. The main floor consists of the living room, a full bath, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and dining room. Connected to the dining room is a massive illuminated deck with patio furniture. The second story is made up of three bedrooms and two full baths. Thereâs a massive yard you will have access to as well. As for the front, you have parking space for up to five cars.
Lastly, the walk-out basement serves as an in-law suite that may be occupied separately. This unit does not have access to any part of the basement/in-law suite, nor does the basement/in-law suite have access to this unit.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Contactless check-in is provided. Hosts and staff will be available via telephone in event of an issue or question.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- There is a separate in-law suite in the basement to which you will not have access. Each unit has entirely separate entrances.
- No shoes inside the home. This rule guarantees that the home maintains a sanitary environment for future and current guests :)
- Stays longer than 50 days require a monthly deep cleaning of the home (not including organization of personal belongings or laundry) after the first 30 days. By booking with us, Guest agrees to the monthly cleaning and itâs associated costs ($120/per visit)
- You will not have access to the basement level, nor will the basement level have access to your space. Quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM.
- You will be provided a House Manual that we expect all Guests to abide by :)
