Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space. Newly renovated inside and out with a brand new screened lanai, Bosch appliances, and new plush king bed with luxury linens.
Comfortable recliners and a queen sleeper sofa furnish the spacious living room. Conveniently located adjacent to pool and hot tub area with both water and pool views.
The space
Riverside Club condos offer wonderful views of the Marco Island Sunsets. The condo has been updated from top to bottom with comfortable, functional and stylish furnishings and is ready for your getaway. From the comfortable king bed, to the brand new modern kitchen with all new Bosch appliances fully stocked with all the kitchen amenities- this condo speaks to relaxing in Paradise. The living room sleeper sofa is equipped with a comfortable queen mattress and well as two full recliners for putting your feet up and enjoying coffee or a cocktail.
Our condo is conveniently located next to one of the two pool and hot tub areas and it overlooks the Marco River from the screened-in lanai. The lanai is the perfect place to catch the morning sunrise, watch dolphins play, and wave to boat traffic while enjoying a meal or afternoon cocktail.
The condo is also equipped with a built in remote workspace for keeping up with work while away.
The Riverside Club's location is ideal for guests looking to walk to shopping in Olde Marco as well as some of the most popular restaurants on the island, including the Snook Inn, Cafe de Marco, Lee Be Fish Co, Old Marco Pub, and Zaza's Kitchen. See "Proximity to Points of Interest" below for precise distances.
Boat dock rental is available for a fee on a first come first serve basis.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We purchased this condo in Marco Island as place to relax as a family and get away from the cold winters up north. Marco Island is safe, clean, sunny and it has beautiful beaches and wonderful people. We feel grateful to have a little piece of this special place.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The condo is in a gated community in Olde Marco- walking distance to several restaurants, a bike rental shop and a few local shops. There is a marina out front that offers boat rentals and a fishing pier. Pickleball, tennis courts, shuffle ball, hot tubs, pools are all inside of our community. New outdoor kitchen areas at both pool locations, poolside bathrooms for convenience- everything is right here. We love the convenience of this location and how well maintained the property is.
