Detta är en 1 sovrum studio Beach Cottage, rymmer upp till 2 personer med en bäddsoffa. Perfekt liten tillflyktsort! Denna strand stuga har utsikt över vattnet och privat tillgång till stranden och ett däck! Fullt kök, badrum. Stranden är privat, bara för dig! Det kommer också med kajak. Levereras också med en grill, sängkläder och handdukar allt! Bara ta med mat! Det är ett perfekt beläget nära vingårdarna och gården står, Tanger Outlet Mall, Atlantis Marine World och Long Island Skydive. Det finns också ett spa i närheten som perfekt för massage eller ansiktsbehandlingar. Det är bara 1 1/2 timmar från NYC och 15 min från ISP flygplats. Det är en övergripande underbar strandresa.

På samma strandsträng har vi omkring tolv andra strandhus som vi hyr också så om du kommer in med familjen för ett bröllop etc. och letar efter flera platser är det här platsen att leta.

Vi har också en tjänst för vingårdsturer. Det finns avslappnat sittplatser inuti 10 och utanför. Det finns också trådlöst internet, kabel-tv, spel, böcker, allt handdukar, allt för dig och en 5-stjärnig restaurang som heter Laplage tvärs över gatan från dig också pizza, deli, spritbutik och de lever alla.

Cute Clean Seaside Cottage

Somewhat disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nicely furnished studio at the top of a driveway between two properties. It is NOT on the waterfront but across the street from another vacation home that faces the L.I. sound. The only outdoor space is the tiny patio, as shown in the ad. The view of the water was blocked by parked cars in the opposite driveway. It is up a hill from the village beach and parking lot, about a 2 minute walk. This beach is covered with rocks that extend into the water, (sometimes full of seaweed) so beach walks aren't feasible. The best feature is the sunsets, but to view them one has to walk down the hill to access the beach area. The nearest shopping, including supermarket, CVS, pizza and diner, is 2 miles away. The closest movie theatre is in Port Jefferson, the Tanger mall is in Riverhead, both about 14 miles away. The property is reasonably clean; the owner helpful but not always available. I would not recommend this property unless you enjoy sitting on a rocky beach and/or using a kayak-the most popular activity. There is a lavendar farm en route to Riverhead which is worth a visit.

Beach right across the street

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos on the site don't show the exterior facade. It looks like it is a converted garage as it is at the end of a driveway of a house. You cross the street and walk through the driveway of a house to get to the stairs going down to the beach. The interior of the cottage was comfortable and had most of the amenities advertised. The sofabed was soft and sunk in the middle, , so not suitable for a heavy person. The houses on the street look a little run down and the backyard of the neighbor was untidy.
