The Space:

Decorated in a clean, modern style, this beach home is a lovely retreat near the ocean. Just a 2.5-minute walk to the sandy beach through a quiet family-friendly neighborhood boasting views of beautiful Haystack Rock. It boasts quality furnishings, a great location, and plenty of fun beach gear to utilize on your trip.



The main living area creates a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere, with a well-appointed full kitchen and spacious dining area for big group meals.



The home's convenient location lends to a quick walk to the beach. The path winds around the house and through the neighborhood to a nearby access point, so there’s no need to take the main road. There's even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after you get home from the beach. After a full schedule of fun in the water, walking your dog, or sightseeing at some of the local shops less than a mile away, a hot tub awaits to help you relax and wind down. Star gaze while listening to the waves. Yard games and a foosball table are included so that everyone can spend time together, while the family chef prepares dinner on the outdoor gas grill. Quality furnishings outside make dining alfresco easy. After dinner relax together on the sprawling leather sofa in front of the gas fireplace and stream your favorite program on the Roku TV.

A Very Good Stay

As advertised. A quiet, pleasant home with a 3 minute walk to the beach. It had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings. We went mid-week with good weather and the beach was empty. We had a great time. There were some minor material issues:1) The shower door in the bathroom adjacent to the back entry is out of alignment with the frame. We used a chip clip to keep it closed while showering to keep water off the floor.2) The light bulbs in the garage and master were very dim. Did we miss something in the switch settings?3) The listed Wi-Fi network was incorrect. The VACASA rep resolved this quickly.As noted, these issues were minor. A 4 rating overall.

Lovely trip to Pacific City

Clean house in a cute neighborhood. I recommend backing in to park - or be ready to back out! Kitchen well stocked; hot tub clean and hot; comfy bed. Grateful to find a fan in each bedroom to help bring in that cool night air since we had warm days at the beach. Met a deer in the front yard!!! Would stay again!

Wonderful location, comfortable property

3 minute walk to the beach. Hot tub was a great addition. House was comfortable and well stocked. Boogy boards, sand boards, foosball table, games....

Good location, nice house, wish the refrigerator worked

Everything was good except the refrigerator was not working. Local staff was kind enough to bring us ice and coolers as we were there to Dory boat fish. Still feel like we should get a credit or partial refund. Thank you.

Lovely home,great location

Beautiful newer home in quiet beach community. Super clean and very well furnished with all needed kitchenware. Beds were comfortable. Gas fireplace, fireplace and foosball table were a nice touch. Very short walk to the beach. There were toys and other items for little kids as well as beach toys , sand boards and boogie boards. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Quick trip to the coast

The home was clean, the couch and beds were super cozy. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great visit to the coast!
