Amazing time at Jersey Shore

We truly enjoyed our week long stay in Jersey and Nicole’s home was a big part of it. Her place was clean and spacious plus it had everything one could need to cook and enjoy the beautiful water views! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Home for all your vacation needs!

The Shore Acres home in Brick did not disappoint! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed - so well-equipped and comfortable. The water view was beautiful and brought kayaks for the family to enjoy. Nicole was wonderful and always attentive. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Incredible location and house, awesome hosts and neighbours

We had a great stay here. We were lucky to have some special circumstances that let us rent this place out for an extended period and boy! what an incredible time we had here. We were able to take full advantage of the fact that this house was next to lagoon, we went on several kayaking trips (Nicole recommended us a lot of kayaking places). The hosts let us use their paddle board which was an adventure. The house was perfect size for us, a family of 5. We were able to invite friends and family over for barbecues (did I mention kayaking and paddle boards). You can swim in the lagoon as well. We were there in June, the temperature in the lagoon water was much warmer than the beach water. The weather seem a bit warmer when you cross the Mantoking bridge, probably because of the bay water. The sun room! It was my office for my colleagues' and family's envy. It was nice and warm and sunny. In the evening, it was the place were we hung out for board games. There was a lot of games. We have never been to this part of Jersey shore. The beach is not crowded, was able to make use of the beach passes provided by the hosts. We made a few trips to the Island State beach park as well, which also has a beautiful beach. The house is close enough to the beach. The neighborhood was quite, the neighbours were very friendly. Overall, this was a great house. It was a great vacation. Nicole was very much reachable whenever we had any questions. What a great host! We will definitely want to stay in the same house, the same town, the same neighbourhood again. Hopefully it is available when we need it.

September family getaway

This property was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful location especially being on the lagoon. We had 6 adults and one 3 year old and it was perfect for our requirements. We loved the screened in porch! Proximity to so many amenities - beach, park (playground and pickle ball) Point Pleasant Board walk - walking/biking trails. The area was quiet and relaxing and neighbors very nice. We eat in most nights and everything we needed to cook or grill was there. Owner, Nicole, was exceptional to work with. We will definitely return.

Best of the Jersey Shore

A wonderful property and thoughtful, well organized owners. The house was spotless and very nicely decorated. We are a family of 5, including adult children in 20's, and were quite comfortable in the home. We really appreciated all the thoughtful items in the kitchen to make food prep easier, especially during COVID when eating out at restaurants is limited. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many beach properties and this was one of the nicest. It was super fun to kayak from the back deck out into the bay as a change from staying on the beach all day. Passes to Brick Beach were included and it was a very nice beach with snack bar & bathroom facilities. House is located conveniently to shopping centers.

Awesome - Excellent - Highly Recommended

I've rented accommodations in many of my travels that include US Cities - UK - Australia. This rental was especially unique in that I had my entire family including 2 grandkids 3 & 1.5 yr old. There was the initial concern, but that dissipated immediately after my correspondence with the property owner 'Nicole' which continued throughout our stay. The neighbors were pleasant, the property & amenities were more than we anticipated and we had an excellent stay. My gratitude and thankfulness to the owner 'You Made Our Day/Week. Best Regards. Herb

My two week stay

This home is very comfortable and in a great location. Enjoyed being on the lagoon. Short ride to beautiful beaches. Screened in porch and outside shower a big plus. Plenty to do .... biking ,kayaking, paddle broad or just stay at the beach. Point Pleasant broad walk close by. It is great owner included linens and bath towels. One less thing to pack. So sad to leave.

Relaxing Getaway

This is a gorgeous home with a lovely open concept layout that my friends and I loved. Made it easy for us to be hanging out wherever we pleased while still having a conversation with each other. The owner was really kind, helpful and communicative as well.
